“Would definitely stay again”

The hotel is beautiful. I felt like royalty having breakfast in the main dining room each morning. My bed was freshly made everyday with turndown service each night. I had noodles with mushroom sauce from the hotel's sister hotel (Der Kleine Prinz) and it was wonderful as well! I have no regrets or anything negative to say about this hotel. I highly recommend it. It is within easy walking distance to the baths, the Kurhaus (casino) and the really nice shops of Baden-Baden.

“somewhere In time - a dream!”

Like entering that film "Somewhere in time"- this was one of the most romantic experiences of my life- and I was travelling alone! what an amazing hotel and wiht incredible, and I mean incredible staff- so thoughtful and attentive, perfectly clean, spotless and in beautiful taste hotel, I love my room and was missing it and the wonderful staff fromt he moment I started to pay my bill!

“Fantastic Service from a Bygone Era”

This hotel surpassed our already quite high expectations. We arrived at about 10-00am, expecting to have to leave our luggage, but were not only allowed into our room, but given a free upgrade to a beautiful junior suite overlooking the gardens. The hotel is thoughtfully decorated in traditional style and it is like walking into a bygone age. Evening meal in the sister hotel 50m away was very good quality and excellent service. A great place to stay.

“unfriendly reception man”

The German man who checked us in was extremely unfriendly upon checking in. He did his job but I felt as though being punished by a school teacher. He should not be working in a hotel, and learn to be more hospitable. The other younger staffs were good. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.
