I loved the layout of the hotel. Old fashioned look to it, but very modern inside. The diningroom was very cold, but the food was stunning and made up for it. The room were big and extremely nice. Well worth a stay.

My stay at the hotel was just one pleasure from beginning to end. Staff was VERY helpful and friendly. Really like the location right next to such a historical sight. Can recommend the his hotel highly

Pros: The bed was enormous and the location was brilliant.
Cons: The service was slow, room service took over 45mins to arrive and lunch a similar time. My arrival taxi didn't arrive despite reconfirming with staff.
Location: The location was fantastic, right next to the Big Hole museum and exhibition, overlooking the big hole and opposite the convention centre.
Best part about this hotel is the location and the appearance. The hotel is modern and even though the layout is a bit unusual it's right next to the big hole museum, overlooking the big hole. The major downside for me was the staff, they were slow to respond and at times a bit rude/impolite. I booked an arrival taxi when I made the booking, I emailed to confirm this the day before arrival - the taxi didn't arrive, when I phoned the hotel the receptionist almost laughed and called me a new one. Once I arrived at the hotel there was no apology and they didn't seem to care that we had been delayed by over 30mins even though it was getting late/ Once in the room we ordered room service, that took 45mins to arrive and the guy who brought it said they had a backlog of orders - at 9pm that's a pretty poor excuse. The following day we had lunch in the cafe at 12pm, we were the only people there, that too took 45mins to come for 2 sandwiches. We also had problems with the free wifi, the free allowance is 100mb per day - quite a bit. After using it for 15mins or so just emailing it gave up so I called reception, they said I must have exceeded the allowance and must purchase an internet voucher. I said I couldn't have as I'd only been emailing for a few mins so they gave me another free code. This happened again later in the day with no explanation or apology. Complimentary bottle of water and hairdryer would have been nice, overall it's a shame the staff don't meet the hotel.
