Poor communication extremely noisy kids runny in the hallways food option terrible and we waited long for the food to be prepared over 25 minutes and still waiting for my refund as of today and nothing called the hotel 4 times and supposedly someone would get back to me and no luck as of yet

The staff was amazing at this Holiday Inn, breakfast staff and front desk representatives were very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the tissues and toilet paper were extremely low quality, the towels had degraded so that they were falling apart. The room drapes, closet pole, luggage rack were falling apart, rendering them unusable. We would return because of the staff but the room needed attention and $ investment. Thank you for asking our opinion, Peter&Anne

Everything was very nice The lady at the front desk was exceptional and very friendly, almost like we knew each other, my only beef would be even though the breakfast was more than adequate, it was only warm to say the least, I myself like my eggs’ bacon and sausage hot, but I would still give this hotel high ratings
