very accommodating

Pros: great breakfast
Cons: more towels in pool area. need to replenish in a timely manner
booked online 15 minutes prior to check in, went smooth

Broken Elevator

At the time of stay there was only one working elevator. Which wouldn't have been too much of an issue, except there was a little league tournament going on and the hotel staff (and their parents) just sat back and allowed all of the children play in the elevators, pressing all the buttons and jumping on and off all day long, while the other guests had to wait an eternity for the elevator. Also, the beds were not as comfortable as other HI Express locations I have stayed, but everything else was new and clean. Had we not had the elevator issue my rating would have been higher.

The hotel was comfortable. Note a 5 star, but also not priced as a 5 star. The staff were helpful and made the stay enjoyable. Getting free breakfast and a free reasonable quick internet a real plus.

hotel staff not helpful

when I arrived and showed them the hotels.com verification of my hotel reservation and payment, they could not find it in their system. they would not let me regisiter for 45 minutes until they figured out how to find the verification. they were very unfriendly and not at all complimentary of hotels.com.
