Cons: Everything I mentioned above.
Location: ???
When I first arrived, the receptionist could not find my booking. I pulled up the Expedia email and showed her. After about 10 minutes she found it. The receptionist gave me a room key card. I proceeded to the room. I arrived at the room. The first thing I noticed was no smoking signs in the room when I booked a smoking. So before I lit up a cigarette, I went back down the receptionist and told her about the situation. She said don't worry about it we just changed the rooms to smoking and have not removed the signs. I said "ok", as long as I am not getting charged extra fees. I went back up to the room started a walk through. I found a half drank bottle of gatorade, no ash tray, dirty used towels in the closet when you first enter the room and a dirty used washcloth in the bathroom under the sink. If it wasn't for me being tired from traveling I would have asked for another room. I have pictures of all of this.

Bath room door did not quite lock. Forgot my toothbrush, and the front desk did not have one to offer, but otherwise everthing went as expected.

Excellent affordable hotel. Room was clean and well maintained, hallways and lobby kept clean and free of obstructions. Not a showcase lobby by any means but a business hotel. Good internet connection. The only drawback is that breakfast consisted of coffee, instant oatmeal and granola bars.

Generally a poor experience. Hotel clean, but lacking much of the basics and service was poor....not surly, just somewhat incompetent.

A bit seedy

Pros: The staff was very helpful and pleasent to work with.
Cons: Rennovate the rooms
Location: There is not much to do in Aberdeen, MD. Typical outside of the gate of military base town.
This hotel is in need of a compete remodel. Although the reception area is nice, the rooms themselves, while clean need some rennovation. Rust, water spots in the ceiling tile and other such distractions take away from the overall appeal of the hotel.

The microwave had food remaining. The sink stopper was missing. You should leave instructions on the toilet if you install 1/2 tank toilets. Blankets need to be thicker. Overall, it appears as though the renovations are merely patching over old stuff.
