Front office staff was very pleasant. Room had an odor of stuffy old cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Putting the a/c on helped air it out. A little disappointed that the room w reserved for 3 yet only 2 sets of towels and only half a roll of toilet paper. Had to go the front desk to ask for another. Other than that it was a decent basic room. Had worse, had better.

Needs new beds
Beds were extremely uncomfortable and old. You rolled to the middle. There was food left in the room from previous guest. My husband actually got up and slept in his truck the bed was so bad.

We have put new beds in many rooms but with 100 rooms we alternate which rooms get new beds. I would hope that you would inform the front desk if it's that bad at this hotel or any other. I am so sorry that you obviously didn't get rested.

We needed a place to stay on our move from MA to SC and this was about half way to break up the drive. It worked well. It was a clean room, right off the highway with a Denny's to eat and a gas station right there. I think there was a Dunks there too.

This stay is an extended one and its amazing. The staff members are very organized, friendly and always emphasize tremendous concern for the guests. The location is wonderful and very comfortable and the greatest part is the peace and quietness especially during the night.

Not only was I charged $50 for my two teacup chihuahuas but I was then placed in a room where the door was wide open upon approaching. There was no bedding or towels and the bed was broken. I had to go back to the front desk to ask for another room. Today I get charged again for my dogs and told I have to pay the $75 hold on my card as a fee for not reporting my dogs. What kinda scam are they running. Very unhappy.

I have spoken to the guest and there was a clear miscommunication on the hotel's part. The guest was overcharged for pet fee by 10 which has been refunded and no additional charges were made.We are in the process of refurbishing tubs and upgrading rooms and your original room slipped through our fingers as the painters were clearly still working in that room. We do ask for a 75 authorization (a hold) because we are a pet friendly hotel but charge for such and because some, other than yourself neglect to inform us they have a pet and for those we reserve the right to charge post-stay. My lack of clear communication caused most of this for which I deeply regret.

You should always notify the front desk if you notice a problem. At our hotel or any hotel, we may have been able to fix the issue or change rooms. Remember this at any hotel you stay at. We all want return business and would try our best to rectify any problems.

This might be the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. One night was $117 not a bad rate but have stayed at 1 star hotels for way cheaper and cleaner. Very disappointed. Police were patrolling the back parking lots. Definitely not the place to bring your kids.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience. First may I address that the police were going through the parking lot. The hotels off I-95 in this area are all patrolled by law enforcement. It may not be as noticeable at interior entrance hotels. That room is more worn from long-term use than others and I apologize Rest assured that the housekeeping will be addressed. We are also in the midst of adding new paint and refurbishing our tubs. Thank you for letting us know how we can improve,.

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. However, some physical property improvements are strongly recommended. There were several walkways on each floor level where the concrete surface was blistering and chipping away, potentially making a walking hazard. The pool deck was filthy; I recommend having a staff member check its condition at least twice a day for cleaniness.

I liked the hotel for its basic approach to hospitality. The bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the lights worked. The battery for the TV remote stopped working and the key card suffered from the typical hit-or-miss behavior of all key cards.

It is somewhat rundown, our hotel is 37 years old. While I can't say for sure, sometimes our tubs give the impression that they are dirty while they just need refurbishing. However, COVID hit us pretty hard and we have not been able to recoup the losses enough to make those improvements yet. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Also unfortunately as much as we hate hearing about supply chain issues, they are real and they have affected us. Linens have been particularly difficult. Not what I expected from Ramada
Our non smoking room was definitely smoked in, light fixtures were yellowed from smoke residual, the beds uncomfortable to say the least. I booked for 4 people but only had enough bath linen for 2. They were short staffed, busy checking long lines of people waiting for their PAID rooms... we waited over a half an hour. Some people had keys that didn't work. Only 1 of ours worked. And breakfast that was included was not well stocked. No pancakes, bread was stale. Coffee was decent. Only small bruised bananas as fresh fruit. My family opted not to eat. Overall we were not happy and I am extremely confident we will never stay there again.

To the best of our ability we try to prevent smoking in our rooms. However, we do not have the ability to stop the behavior. We discourage it at check in and punish it at checkout.
