“New Favorite Hotel in Maryland”

We were pleasantly surprised - didn't expect much from a Sleep Inn - but it was great!! (We're now glad our 'usual' hotel was booked)

very good value for the money. Clean, and comfortable, couldn't ask for much more for the price!

breakfast was somewhat disappointing (no hot foods) but other than that, I would recommend the hotel

“Perfect for highway travelers”

We came from Chareston, SC heading for NY city and planed to stay overnight at a hotel just past Baltimore. When we finally got there we realized there was a baseball game and every hotel we stopped by was full. Not good travelling without advance booking when it's a game night ;) We had to book a hotel in panic through Expedia and found this and it was perfectly fine for what we needed. A comfy bed in a clean room, breakfast buffé, Denny's 50 yards away and close to I-95. The night was saved ;)

“Disappointed all the way.”

First off, there's a kind of "I don't care attitude" I felt as soon as I got in. What if your room smelled of smoke and the hotel is supposedly all non smoking. Just open the window! Right... And that's all they did....oops not even sorry. Should I mention the pool, a big draw for my kids. I have never experienced such a filthy pool in my travelling history. Disgusting doesn't even start to describe how dirty that was, not mentioning that I was assured it had been cleaned in the morning. Don't lie straight face to your customers!! You're much more insulting !!!!
