I came in to town to visit my family. The hotel I normally book was sold out. So this was the “second best” and it was a major downgrade. Hotel was dated. Shower was dirty. There were no hand towels or wash cloths. Phone did not work when tried to call the front desk about the toilet that would not work. Pool had mold all around the side. Had to return the AC and TV remotes to the front desk. There was construction going on during my whole stay. Male staff (front desk and server in restaurant) was nicer than the female staff. If you can, try to stay somewhere else.

The area looks unsafe; bu the hotel is great. Especially the staff at the front desk Emazon. The food at the restaurant was amazing. I will surely stay here again in the future.

Decent, larger hotel across the street from the Central Park, has a few fast food restaurants near by, not a terribly safe area. They have a guarded parking lot a block away. Oh, the rooms were clear clean and the AC worked well. The included breakfast was very basic but decent.

Cuando la reserva de este hotel tenia otras rxpectativas lo primero fue que no ponen toallas pequenas para secar las manos hay que pedirlas en recepcion todo lo que dice en el internet comobplancha secadora de pelo caja de seguridad no es cierto hay quebpedirle todo en la recepcion para usar el secador lo pides y cuando lo terminas de usar lo devuelves mi reserva era para 3 personas y solo 2 toallas tuve que pedir otra la vedad no lo recomiendo es anti higuienico tambien el lavamanos del bano tuve que buscar como levantar el tapon para que se fuera el agua las paredes de la regadera no las habian lavado bien se sentian ligosas con jabon que decepcion

Rooms were large and pool area was nice. Amenities were a bit sparse - either not available or had a fee associated with them. For example, we asked for an iron but there were none available, to use the safe in the room required a $100 deposit, a mini-fridge cost an extra $50 a night, and they were a bit stingy and regimented with the breakfast food.

For being a very old Hotel The hotel is good the rooms are clean the staff was nice, when i arrived it was at night and half of the Hotel was without lights but after some time the light came back on

Property needs to be updated. Rooms did not have sufficient electrical outlets. Bathroom was extremely small. Ceiling had holes from prior repairs that were not patched and painted. The only things that were great are the food, AC, swimming pool and staffing. Overall I would give the place 3 stars the most.

We have stayed here 5 or 6 times over the past 8 years as we travel through La Ceiba. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always great. You're not staying in the USA so keep that in mind and manage your expectations. It's not a resort, but it is a great hotel, safe, great pool, A/C & hot shower.

Horrible. Elevators didnt work. The restaurant was awful, burnt shrimp and missing most menu items. Ordered a caesar salad and got this god awful excuse with no caesar dressing or parmesean, no dressing at all for that matter. Burnt the shrimp. Ceviche was to raw. No drink selection at the bar. Suites are not suites. Poor kept grounds. Awful parking area. Discusting excuse of breakfast presentation.
Supposed to be a caesar salad.
The waiter was standing right there and didnt see a problem.
