Bad experience

Air conditioning didn't work, tv remote didn't work, light in bathroom didn't work. Had to move to last room available after unpacking. We will never stay there again.

The check in person was rude and for some reason would not let me see the credit card slip I signed. Luckily I immediately checked my bank and saw the charge was correct, but what was that? She refused to let me see it. Not too clean of a room and the whole place was overall old looking. Will listen to reviews from now on.

Dirty room

Late night check in, ended up with a room that had a nasty bathroom. Dried hair on the bathroom floor and on the shower tiles. Soap scum in the tub and on the soap dish. Around the sink, other areas that were not clean. We felt dirty staying in this hotel. My kids preferred to wait until we got home to shower it was so nasty. The room was very hot when we checked in, approx. 85 degrees. It took several hours to cool off, and we ended up sleeping with the covers pulled off the bed. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in probably 10 years. Horrible, avoid if at all possible.

Nothing works!

Bathroom extractor did not work, A/C barely cooled, hair dryer did not work. Dirty carpet

I'm sorry for these issues you experienced at our hotel. The extreme heat has taken a tole on our air conditioners, we have been istalling new ones as they come in . We found the hairdryer that you are speaking of and it needed to be reset. As for the carpets, we try to stay on a regular cleaning schedule but have had issues sticking to it with the updating that we have been doing and the weather has not been very cooperative.

Bad hotel

The floor was not vacuumed and shower stall looked like it had grease or something similar smeared on walls. No room service for two days and only partial room service after that. Not a place I will recommend or return to.

I'm sorry for the problems you experienced while staying with us. The smears you speak of are actually a pattern in the marble tub surround and the vanity. It is standard protocol in housekeeping to only change the linens every 2-3 days in a stayover room, unless the guest requests otherwise. If your belongings are on the bed then the housekeeping staff has no choice but to leave it and not move anything. They are not allowed to touch a guests belongings.

Perfect for price

Experience was great. Got the hotel stay at a great rate. Hotel was clean and staff was very polite. The waffles with the free breakfast was great. They need to either replace or clean the carpets they left my socks filthy.

Beware - Pics of rooms are not of this hotel

I returned to see the other reviews of this hotel. I am questioning if any of the positive reviews are employees. Or friends. This hotel is filthy. I would gladly travel 100 miles off of the highway to avoid staying here. Most importantly, the pictures shown on the site are NOT of any of the rooms we saw while there. We looked into 4 other rooms - the doors were open and one had housekeeping "working" in it. We also were allowed by 2 other guests to see their rooms. Not one had any of the clean looking beds or bright airy look of the rooms shown on the site. I would challenge this hotel to take actual pictures of the filthy rooms. Mold and mildew abound! DO NOT bring children here! The smell is obnoxious! I don't think the sheets have been changed in years. There clearly ha been no cleaning with all the gunk on the walls and toilets. I wonder if this review will appear? Go down the road!

Convenient location

Convenient location. Dated decor and fixtures, but everything was functional. Good wireless signal with several wireless access points.
