Low rate- you get what you pay forPosted Jul 21, 2014
Took a long time to check in- it was late, but still. Told me wrong direction to room- wrong side of building. Room was decent but dull lighting.

Nice SurprisePosted Jul 6, 2014
Location: This is a hotel off of I-10. Not much in the way around there that I know of, there are plenty of placs to eat as well as a Wal-Mart near by.
When I booked this room it was for 1 night on our way back from New Orleans. I just wasn't expecting what we found. The room was spotless [the shower was cleaner than our room in New Orleans]. There was a king size bed like I requested as well as the largest heart shaped jacuzzi tub I have ever seen. My husband and I already talked about booking there again for another weekend getaway even if it is 5 hrs from home. lol Staff was wonderful as well.

Needs improvementPosted May 31, 2014
We arrived a little early I asked if we could pay extra for early check in and was told to come back at 1:45 and they would see if they could help me.. Regular check in is at 2:00. Hot water takes forever to work and bathtub wouldn't hold water for a bath. When asking about the fact we had no hot water they said to let it run for how ever long it takes. Took around 15 mins. My socks were black when we left from the floor and the table had sticky soda spilt on it when we got there.

Rooms need upgrading and could be cleaner.Posted May 30, 2014
Pros: Ok for overnight stay but three nights was two two many. Conveniently located. Pool seamed nice but didn't use due to afternoon T-storms.
Cons: Cleanliness and fixtures need updating.
Location: Conveniently located to I-75 and downtown Marianna.
Tub, shower curtain not very clean. Toilet made for dwarfs and flush sounds like an elephant trumpeting. King mattress sags in the middle. TV was new when Happy Days wasn't a rerun. Towels are rationed, 2 bath towels only. Had to request more towels and tp. Staff generally nowhere to be found. Comp breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuit, country gravy, waffles, cereal (no milk, no butter), OJ and coffee.

Worst hotel to stay inPosted May 28, 2014
Cons: Go out of business or let someone who knows how to run a hotel take over
Location: Pofolks restaurant is amazing and great deal for the price. Sonny BBQ, arbys, several department stores, and liquor store next door.
We ask for and was told we would receive a rollaway. We never received it and that was after calling twice and being told it was on the way. The hotel staff was not sure if our room was even cleaned when we checked in and there was not enough towels. Every request you must go to the front desk and pick up even when the cleaning staff is right outside your door. The breakfast was small and everything was gone by 7:50am. When we let the front desk know that everything was empty we were told they were not making or refilling anything as it was too close to 8am. That is the cutoff time for making more food. The breakfast time is from 6:30 to 8:30am. I can only say only stay here if your not wanting good service or the breakfast, or any special requests. Also there are no amenities such as shampoo, or over 2 towels in room with double beds.

It was great. Very comfy beds, nice room for price, cold ac and nice pool and breakfast. It has a microwave and fridge too. We will come again next time we visit the Caverns.

Pros: I could park in front of my Room
My experience was ok, I had a suite and every thing was in one open space. which is ok for me but some may want a partition from the Jacuzzi etc
