There were places that had not been cleaned well--you could see stuff spilled on the bathroom counter and there was another spot on the nightstand.
No lights came on with the switch, some lights did not work, and on lamp was broken.
The security lock was broken.
One towel rack was broken.
There was noise from the nearby freeway.
Breakfast was bottles of juice, and honeybuns--we were only able to have the coffee. But it still had vestiges of other offerings, so it was disappointing.
The fellow at the front desk was friendly, kindly, and made small talk.
The rate was modest, comparatively speaking.
There was not a lot to choose from in Chipley, so that was important to us. Still, it left much to be desired.
I hope they can make some improvements along the way--but cleaning thoroughly would be an important and compartively inexpensive improvement.
