Too many restrictionsPosted Aug 24, 2014
Cons: Furniture at the room is black. They may change the color. The sofa is made of leather. You understand that a leather sofa at a city with high humidit
Location: Nice beach.
Since the entrance of the hotel, they make you signed a set of rules to observe and follow. They have secutiry personnel all over the hotel and they go behind you or supervising you that you follow such rules. It becomes very uncomfortable to have a police at your back. The room is dark since sofa and kitchen is black. Bed is comfortable and pool very nice.

Is Ok but not coming back!Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: pools n access to the beach
Cons: they need to allow other ppl to come in per day not necessarily need t stay
Location: nothing near by unless u drive 6 to 8 miles
It was a great room n view, couldn't bring my fam from Sonora into the Resort. Elevator was not working properly. Check out time takes and hour or so to do so, front desk ppl not smiling and poor service. Guards excellent and very polite

ACTIVITIESPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: the condo it was very well equiped, PS, DVD player, DVDs, books, games etc
Cons: to reduce the restaurant prices or to increase the quality of the menu include an activities program
Location: there's not to much things to do, it's a good place to really rest
The hotel facilities were ok, The attention of the staff is good but they need more training in guest service I think the restaurant is overpriced taking into consideration the level and sophistication of the menu I recommend to include an activities program in order to make more entertaining the staying, mainly for kids and teenagers. in general, it was a good experience.

Great place to stay, we enjoyed itPosted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: Location, setting, rooms and the pools. This hotel has over three pools and a lazy river and Jacuzzi in each phase (so far, it has 2 phases)
Cons: I cant think of anything now
Location: Oh, all activities are nearby, sea doo, Banana Boat, ATV, massage on the beach, etc
The town in very small but the beaches are great, the resort is very nice, well kept and maintain, the rooms are big enough and fully equipped. We would go again, it is around 8 hours driving from Orange county.

Extremely Over pricedPosted Aug 14, 2014
Pros: The pool is nice.
Cons: Services,,, Services,,,, Services and amenities.
Location: Restaurent Mar Blue is nice. Malecon is near by also
Hey there, Dont think you are going to be in a luxury hotel like its shows in the picture. It's a private owned condos we had to change three until we found the one we finally liked. One person at lobby taking care of the check-in/ Check-out. One restaurant open for three meals and one in the other building open for dinner only. Basically when you are there you are on your own, No services at all. Good for family with kids who wants to cook and pay the higgest price for a condo.

Worst experiencePosted Aug 12, 2014
made us travel from a far distance for our honey moon trip after speaking to a hotel receptionist and saying the age limit was fine for a couple being under the age of 25. And arriving they told us the married couples under 25 could't check in period therefor the receptionist made a false statement during the check in one day before the check in date and made us lose hours, time and money for a trip that at hotel receptionist made it false advertisement statement. Please don't expend time in that hotel

Awesome. Highly recommend.Posted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: The accommodations, pools were very clean and friendly staff.
Cons: A little more questioning if requesting a lost access card. We forgot our card inside and just went to lobby and got a new one. No questions asked.
Location: You must visit the "Malecon" downtown. Many food options, secure and lots of souvenirs to choose from.
Very nice facilities and great staff. Great security, housekeeping, accommodations and staff is much more friendly than previously experienced before.
