“We will be back, loved the view and hotel.”

The view is beautiful from every room. We would like to bring more of the family the next time we go. I FELT VERY SAFE. There has been other places that never made me feel so safe. Loved happy hour also.

“Great place, right for the money.”

Good place, friendly staff, good for the price. Defenately a family oriented place, decent and confortable. The sightseen of the ocean is spectacular if you get the room with the view.

“Good place to sleep; great views, no room WiFi”

Hotel is a little worn, especially the common areas like the elevator but fairly typical for Mexico. Fan in bathroom did not work; not all light switches seemed to control anything. View from 4th floor of pools below and ocean beyond was outstanding! Beds were comfortable. Kind of off-season, I'm sure, and the low per-night price reflected this. Hotel wasn't very full. One night there were some partiers out by the pool who made a fair amount of noise at about 3 am. A surprise was lack of WiFi in the rooms (they have it in the lobby, I think). Even the RV Park next door has Wifi through the park! We only really needed a place to sleep; were down on a church mission trip and most of our group was camping in the RV Park where we had meals, etc.

“A Three Sar hotel!”

the Hotel is not bad but, would I stay there for a week and the answer is NO, the evenings and nights are loud with music ! If they payed attention to where they put people, people over 65 sure don't need music all night! The rooms are poorly lit, you can not even read a paper!

“Not a US hotel”

The staff was very helpful. It is a Mexician hotel not a US hotel, so there was some differences. Expedia said that the bed was a queen, but it was a full. There was only two towels in the room. No hand towels or floor mats. The TV stations were very limited. You have to buy ice. Only the rooms and the lobby had AC. The restaurant only had one room that has AC. All and all it was a nice hotel, just different then I am use to.
