The staff were attentive and helpful, which is good because I had several issues that needed addressing during my stay. I was originally given a two queen room when I booked a single king, but that was quickly resolved. My new room didn't have a functioning plug in the bathtub (it was broken off and sitting to the side), which I didn't even bother bringing to the staff's attention, because I didn't feel like changing rooms again. I had to call about how to operate the climate control, and the maintenance staff member who helped me was very nice. Getting into and out of the hotel parking lot was hard to figure out at first. The Netflix and YouTube apps on the TV signed me out every day of my stay, which has not been an issue for me at other hotels.
