“OK if you don't need a wheelchair”

Promised parking would be free and shuttle would take us to the airport, but was then charged for the parking (tho the amount was reasonable). Shuttle took us to departure airline gate, but when returned at 3:30 PM no driver was available to take us back to the hotel. Had to find and take a taxi back although hotel did pay the fare. Since had to use a wheelchair, was greatly inconvenienced.

“Very good buy.”

This is not the Hilton, but it's the best value for the money. Nice room, very good free breakfast, good free internet, good location if you rent a car and fly into Dulles to come to work in that general area. The only down side is that the room doors go outdoors.

“Just wanted something close to airport”

Great staff, nice morning breakfast and nice lobby. Rooms were standard and just fine for needing something close to airport. Nothing special but nice clean room and that was all I needed besides being close to the airport

“Good for the price.”

There are only a couple small complaints that I had during my stay at this establishment. First, though the room seemed quiet clean and was very comfortable, there was a puddle of water on top of the room fridge. Second, the shuttle service seemed a little slow and unorganized. When I first arrived, I called the hotel it was hard to understand what the man was saying (heavy accent) when I found where i was supposed to go, the shuttle that ended up taking me wasn't a best western shuttle, so I was concerned about it not being the right one. The shuttle service also seemed slightly sporadic, its goes to the airport in half hour intervals, but for a few hours during the day (which they failed to mention). Lastly, the hotel is close to the airport, which is nice and was also just minutes away from the company I was visiting. However, I took a day to go see some sights, and the hotel seemed to be hours away from anything that I wanted to see. I would consider another hotel close to downtown D.C. if it was a leisure trip. However, with these complaints, I still think that it was a great hotel for the price. All the staff was helpful and friendly. And once again, it was one of the cheapest hotels around that area.

“Good hotel near the airport”

Good reception, breakfast included, good sleeping, good shower and wash basin,on flight path but was quiet. Airport transfer every 30min.
