Coffee maker in room was broken, there was 1 regular coffee pod, smoke alarm was covered with a bag, closet door was broken. We were 1st given a room that was occupied aleady, water in the vending machine was empty but sitting in the closet. Maintenance seemed poor.

How many Coffee pods in the rooms are we keeping is by the best western standards. Regarding the smoke alarm covered with bag, you should have call the front desk to change yoyur room. When you came to front desk at checkout you mentioned that you could not sleep whole night, due to the bird on the a/c outside. We mentioned that why you didn't call last night to let us know, you said we were too drunk last night to call the front desk. You have check out an hour late too.Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. The property itself looked kind of rundown from the outside. In the lobby had a weird smell. But much to our surprise everything was great. The room was extremely clean. The elevator was very clean and worked well. The customer service was excellent. bigger bottles of shampoo and soap and conditioner would be great.

It was next to some kind of recycling facility and their equipment was noisy and not enjoyable to look out at. It was extremely difficult to access the parking lot from the highway. The shower was beautiful, but slippery and dangerous. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Overall it was clean, but decor was tacky.

Great hotel, ridiculous early check-in policy.
I’ve stayed in this hotel several times over the last few years. On one or two occasions, I asked to be allowed to arrive early (a couple of hours) and had no problem. Yesterday I asked the same thing, 50 minutes in advance, and to chrck-in 50 minutes early, had to pay 25 additional dollars.

On behalf of our entire team,Sir if i am not mistaken i spoke with you day of arrival in the morning that you want to check in early at 2pm and you were informed we do charge for early check in fee of 25. Upon check in also we informed you first you said i will wait and 30 second later you agreed to pay for early check-in. I am very disappointed that you gave us negative review on our policy of early check-in.

We had an issue with the remote and that was resolved. However the shower was an issue. First day we had to wait for 15 minutes to get hot water. The next day we had no hot water at all. That situation needs to be addressed.

Location was good. However, the room had a strong smell of air freshener which my wife had some reaction to. Some folks are allergic to things like that. Might want to keep that in mind.

First I was really disappointed that because I booked through Expedia, I couldn’t get my Best Western points!! I never knew that before and will check other hotel chains in the future. The breakfast and area were great!! We had a big crack in our wall that should have been repaired. Our microwave and coffee maker had to be moved to the main desk in order to reach an electric plug.

Very clean. Front desk staff was fabulous - Stacey. A/C worked but didn’t cool the room very well but it was tolerable for the two nights we stayed. Breakfast was better than most places I’ve stayed at!
