Pros: Checking out.
Cons: The hotel was beyond filthy. The place reeked of mold.
Location: It was scary. I would not dare to walk outside by myself at night.
For $80, I wasn't expecting Caesar's Palace, I was just looking for something clean and comfortable, with wifi. The mouse holes in the walls were less than charming. The mold on the bathroom vent was at least months old. When I asked the staff if the wifi was working, they told me to try moving around the room. I only booked this hotel because I was stranded at the airport. After I took a shower, I checked out and spent the night at the airport. I felt that the airport floor was much cleaner than anything in that filthy hotel

Comfortable Stay

Pros: Quite and clean
Cons: linens for sofa bed and follow up when linens are requested
Location: there were plenty of shops and restaurants near by
I enjoyed my stay, as did my children. Wish there was a pool at the hotel or near by. But the shops nearby did give us plenty to do.

Very poor & filthy place

Location: Nicer Days inn & comfort inn on the same street, I wish I styed there
Rooms are old , filthy smell in the room, walls are cracked , bathroom is in poor condition. Looks like a old salvaged drug house.

everything about this hotel is old and out dated..the faucet in the sink was broke loose. No ice machine andI was told I should have brought my own ice cube trays.The elevators were slow, slow ,slow. The lobby ????? was dirty. The suite case caddys were wore out and broke.

Appartment-like, in a bad neighborhood

The people at the front desk change twice a day and if you get the manager beware, she is not a very nice person and doesn't like being asked questions. The hotel is more like an appartment with people living on premises paying rent instead of hotel fees. At night people crowd into the lobey and outside to talk very loudly so a room on the 5th floor or higher might let you avoid this. The place is old with painted brick walls and uneven flooring as well as a very sketchy elevator system. Old appliances and tvs round out the deal. Dont buy jumbo bags of popcorn either as the microwave is only large enough to cook a bag of vegetables, barely. The beds are also lumpy and uneven as if someone only slept on one side for the past 10 years. The neighborhood was also not the best, being in a rough part of Alexandria. As a young woman on a buisness trip alone I did not feel safe to leave my room after dark as people milled about the area when the sun was going down and even tenants were inside after dark. It does have an oven though and a stove top as well as full sized fridge... but thats about the best it gets.

Smelly and dirty carpet

I stayed in the hotel for just for one night. The beds and the bath are OK and they seems to be clean. The people that work in the front door is friendly. Driving from the hotel to DC takes you around 20-30 minutes. The carpet condition is terrible, it is really old, looks dirty and it smells really bad. They should change it. The interior of the hotel need to be updated. For the condition inside the hotel, the price was expensive.

Not my money's worth

The hotel service is very bad and the odor of the rooms and hallways are offensive. For that price the hotel should provide a better service than a Motel 6 at a country side.
