“Great service and very clean~”

Very clean and nice customer service. I reserved two queen beds but no room for us however, staff provied addtional room without charge. I enjoyed and will be back next trip.

“NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!”

When we arrived there was a can full of someone's garbage uner the sink. We had stated that there would be 4adults and there were only 3sets of towels. Took us hours to get enough towels for everyone to shower. There was a very small orange colored bug crawling on the comforter which we felt was very likely a beg bug. Desk lamp in room didn't work and it took forever to get a new bulb. Exterior of hotel looks nice and clean but what good is it if you are worried about bedbugs and are greeted by someone elses garbage when you check in? I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

“We thought the room was very nice but......”

I didn't mind to much washing my face in the evening with, at best, tepid water but I was not going to take a shower in the morning with at best lukewarm water. We were told that because we were at the furthest point from the hot water tanks it may take longer to get hot water. They did give us a key to another room to shower but that was not worth the trouble.
