“Pardon our....dust, noise, etc”

After waiting over an hour for their free shuttle because the desk clerk forgot to tell the driver a pickup was needed, I thought my stay could only get better. My room was upgraded, I had a suite that I didn't need all to myself! Construction down the hall made it impossible to nap when trying to recover from a stressful journey. No restaurants were within range of their free shuttle. My upgraded suite was right next to the stairs and their employees starting slamming doors rather early in the morning. Only one employee spoke English fluently, the one who forgot to send the shuttle. I guess they tried, but the experience left me....needing a vacation.

Area recommendations

I was in town for my first real job interview. I did not see any of the surrounding area beyond the office I was interviewing in. I saw nothing but hotels and stone and tile stores. I know there is much to see and experience nearby, I just didn't have the time or energy to get out and explore.

Dining

Hope you rented a car...there are restaurants that will deliver, but nothing within walking or free shuttle distance otherwise.

“Not a clean place”

Check in was my first sign this was going to be a bad stay. The staff was just there...not friendly. On the way to my room, the hall way reeked of smoke. My room ended up being a smoking room, which I did not ask for. The clock was not plugged in. When I went to plug it in, I found a condom wrapper. The next morning the shower was cold, toilet ran, saw bugs. Thankfully I didn't see them before I went to bed, or I would have freaked out. The noise level wasn't bad, but lack of proper insulation made it seem worse. I also found stains on the bedding when I woke up, another thing I am grateful I did not see the night before. Check out...waited 15 mins, and still no one was at the counter to check me out. So I threw my room key and comments on the desk.

New York is totally comfortable hotel in las Vegas . Actually I like it because when my friends ask how many cities I visited, I can say I visit two cities in city.lol

“A pleasant stay at Comfort Inn”

I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn. Shuttle driver and front desk lady were very nice and kind people, they helped me out in everything they could. Front desk lady had a little trouble to find the reservation I made trough Expedia but she didn't gave up, was very polite and then she found it under my first name instead of last name. I got a nice room, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast could have a few more options but all they had (and I tried) was good quality.

very happy, good deal for the price. BUT....the woman at the front desk gave me incorrect directions & caused me to drive around & back track for an hour in a 28 foot box truck loaded with vargo-made me very unhappy.

“Steve's excellent adventure”

Free shuttle service to and from airport. Had a free dinner and drinks the night I arrived and a complete breakfast the next morning, also free. Quiet, clean and modern. Recommend highly. Rooms large and comfortable

“Good for business stays”

no complaints, the hotel was decent, clean and quiet. room was clean and ac worked well (good considering it was 95+ while i was in VA). staff was nice and polite.

“Not impressed overall w/service or room comfort/quality.”

Airport transfer driver (from Comfort Inn) drove too fast & ran a stop sign on way to hotel property! Con's: Not impressed with room cleanliness. One of the beds was severely concave. Very outdated and dark, dreary room colors and finishes. Sent us to wrong room originally. Didn't feel welcomed upon arriving at property. Didn't feel entirely "safe" on the property. Pro's: Breakfast buffet & selection ok. Very nice, friendly & refreshing young girl at the counter at checkout. Reception area & rest of hotel had more comfortable and inviting colors. As they say, "you get what you pay for."

“The Shuttle didn't come for two hours.”

I called this hotel that I was wating for your shuttle but the driver appeared after two hours . During that time, I called the hotel five times and the manager always said "it will be there in fifteen minutes,"but the shuttle didn' come. I gave my name to the manager, but when the driver arrived after two hours, he didn't call my name. He had been in the shopping mall with his friends-hotel guests. However, the receptionist was kind and the shuttle departed on time next morning.
