空港で40分待ちました

空港に着いて電話したが10分で行くこらと待っていたが、30分待っても来ず。腹立て電話すると3分で行くと言われ結局40分待たされた。コスト的にはまずまずで至って普通です。

front desk clerk was not friendly. The room was crazy wicked small. The hotel is very close to Dulles Airport, however, nothing else is nearby.

Comfortable, nice staff, very accomodating

The staff was really nice, free wifi, free business center, free breakfast. Comfortable bed. clean room, easy drive to Dulles Airport. Really no downsides.

OUT IN THE COLD!

I arrived at the airport at 1500. Called the hotel to find out when the shuttle would arrive and they said 1530. I waited out in the cold until 1630 for the shuttle to finally arrive. This after calling the hotel numerous times and being told it's on its way. Unexcusable! Upon finally getting in my room, the heating unit did not work well. Turned it off, restarted, and heat came out for about 5 mins. Winded up leaving it off and opening the door for a while. The hallway was warmer.
