It was a good experience overall, not terrible for the price. Room was small, but the bed was very confortable.

Free diner and beer!

Pros: I loved the room and the staff!
Cons: I kinda wanted to swim sit by the pool but there was no pool. Exercise room as small and I wanted a bike but Eliptical worked fine
Location: Part of town not too exciting but I was working and it was close to office
The night I was there the mangament gave us free diner and beer and wine. My room was a suite and it was clean and comfortable.

We took the hotel shuttle to the airport late at night and were surprised that, although both the driver and hotel desk clerk did their jobs, they lacked any hospitality. Thankfully the room was very nice. The breakfast options were great and filling! The morning staff and shuttle driver were friendly. The stay ended better than it started.

Next to a much nicer hotel (The Hyatt House)

This hotel is in need of a serious renovation and makeover. The front desk employees did not dress the part and did not look as professional as I've come to expect. My major complaint was the hotel allowing smokers to engage in their "habit" right in the front walkway entrance. The Hyatt House is less than 75 feet away; I've stayed there many times, and I strongly recommend you do the same. Bottom-line: Avoid this Comfort Inn and Suites!

Ok hotel, close to airport

Pros: Room was nice. Staff was nice. Room was clean.
Cons: Hotel needs to be updated, especially needs new beds. Rooms should be kept cool on 90 degree days so it doesn't take all night to cool down.
Location: Close to Dulles airport
The hotel was a typical hotel, nothing special. Staff was nice, again, nothing special. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I kept rolling to the middle all night long. The room was warm when we arrived. We turned the AC up all the way but it was just beginning to cool down when we left the following morning. Overall, a very disappointing hotel experience. I will look for another hotel the next time I fly out of Dulles.

The shuttle was a little slow leaving for the airport but everything else was great.

Reliable airport transport

We were not aware of the parking cost associated with keeping our car there during our trip but the shuttle to and from Dulles was reliable and fairly quick. The staff was not overwhelmingly pleasant or helpful.

Very good hotel. No pool! Very clean, would recommend it. The price was a little bit high!
