“Outstanding, warm and friendly”

Excellant Hotel, rooms very attractive and comfortable.

“Pleasant Stay”

We found the hotel easy to find and readily accessible to and from I-66. Amenities were quite satisfactory but the best aspect to the visit was the shuttle van that will transport one to and from local restaurants and the Vienna Metro station. Be aware, however, that the shuttle runs during specific hours only. Staff was always very accommodating and knowledgeable.

“A bargain in Fairfax”

A clean, comfortable room. Very close to I-66, Fair Oaks Mall, and other shopping and dining venues. Short distance to the Metro terminal in Vienna.

“Comfortable Stay”

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was excellent w/copies of USA Today available. Food was fresh.

“Great hotel”

I would recommend the comfort Inm to anyone. The staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable, especially Brian Forgaty, the guest service manager, he always has a smile on his face! I really enjoy my stay there and I would definitely stay there again on my next visit.

Though everything was fine except the pool did not open until 5pm.

“Overall a good place”

Overall a good place to stay. The pool hours are a bit short. Traditional Americanized Chinese fair available on premise (delivered if desired). The room was generally warm & inviting, but the bathroom lighting was lacking (flourescent above the mirror and too dark in the shower). The shuttle was a definite plus.
