Nice hotel close to the airport.

Pros: The hotel is too far from everything and the shuttle doesn't take guest anywhere other than the airport.
Cons: Have the shuttle take guest within a reasonable radius to have them experience the area and add a bit of convenience to their experience.
Location: Nothing everything is too far and cab fair is too pricey.
Had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the staff excellent service.

Exactly what we needed

Was perfect for a great price. Checked in at 8pm and out at 8am. This hotel worked out great for us. Good breakfast too.

near airport, nothing else

Pros: The only pleasant experience was the lady who had picked me up after my call on arrival, she was also working the front desk late shift, gave good in
Cons: Service can, yes, can be planned. I certainly should know since I worked over 25 years in customer services.
Location: Basically there is nothing to do nearby except the gas station, or Burger King which are almost on the same compound.
unfortunately neither you, Expedia, nor the hotel mention that the shuttle bus must be called for. So waited outside the terminal watching all the other hotel shuttle bus services drive by several times. first morning, asked if I could have a shuttle to the airport, yes at 09:15 Stood in the lobby until 09:45 visible to the front desk agent, absolutely no reaction. Sorry this is not service. And having to ask again is not service either. Morning "2" request shuttle to airport, front desk confirmed 10:15. At the said time the same front desk lady ran around apparently looking either a driver person, finally someone relieved her and she drove me to the airport. Whoops poor planning is what I call it at best. Now for house keeping, came by knocking at about 07:30, sorry not yet. At around 4pm they still had not come back so as one house keeper just happened to go by, asked if they could possibly do my room. Shortly there- after they came, bathroom was cleaned as I returned. However nothing else touched, bed not made and definitely not vacuumed (rugs).

Very welcoming

Cons: Swimming pool
Location: Nothing close by, but 10 minutes from things to do
We were 5 people in 3 rooms from July 20 - 24, 2014. From our arrival till our departure everything was good. Would recommend to everyone. Rooms were clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast was also good. 24 hour coffee, tea, cookies and apples available

Pros: Clean, Breakfast and safe.
Cons: earlier check in
Location: near airport and mall
Staff, Hotel facilities and the rooms was excellent. The Breakfast was great too.

nice hotel close to highway

my wife wanted to make a local call in room but the front desk lady asked her to make her call in front desk for free, she was very helpful.

No pool!

Pros: The hot breakfast was nice.
Cons: Get a pool!
Location: It's right next door to a Burger King and a gas station, if that suits you. I wasn't driving and try to stay away from fast food.
What hotel doesn't have a pool? And the only ice machine was on the first floor and I was on the third. Yes, the cookies were nice, but I wouldn't stay here again. For the price, I can get a lot more amenities.
