Great location and shuttle to and from the MetroPosted Jun 1, 2015
Let me start by saying I'm a Marriott fan and I thought this hotel would be as good as the Residence inn at Crystal City. I stayed at that hotel in March and had a wonderful stay. The cost was about the same if not more this time. We were given a room up high as requested but it was a handicapped room. I didn't notice till after I unpacked. There were no mirrors in the room and the bathroom sink area was so small. I would not recommend this hotel There is no breakfast with your stay and no microwave either

Good facility, excellent location.Posted May 31, 2015
Cons: Front desk service.
Good experience except most staff at front desk were not American therefore hard to understand and be understood. Road work made it somewhat difficult to navigate.

Easy accesss to the monuments/museumsPosted May 27, 2015
Really good shuttle service that will take you to the airport and metro, which makes easier to see the monuments. The restaurant in the hotel is really good and has a decent price, which will be comparable to what you pay if you go eat out. The rooms were outdated and wear out. Expected more based on my stay in other similar hotels. Experience with hotel staff was not consistency, had positive and negative interactions with them. Experienced an issue with my room and they quickly and promptly resolved the problem.

better value in the areaPosted May 22, 2015
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Include a breakfast or happy hour
Location: This area is mostly hotels for business reasons. Lots of restrauants of many, many cuisines within walking distance...Metro also in walking distance.
We got a corner room. It was supposed to be big enough for 5 but really only 4 with twin double beds so one of us stayed with a relative in another room.. Nice size TV and a little refrigerator to cool drinks. No included breakfast but restrauants abound in the area. Van to airport for free, too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

Nice hotel a mile from MetroPosted May 18, 2015
Quiet hotel near airport. Crystal City Metro a mile away. Crystal City shopping a plus. Use Uber to get around town instead of $$$ cab. Pool too cold! Starbucks and restaurant / bar downstairs a convenience.

Great amenities and customer servicePosted May 17, 2015
Pros: Everything but especially the breakfast, closeness to Metro and shopping. We also liked having a kitchen. The room was very clean.
Location: Close to Metro, airport, shopping mall, drug store and grocery store.
We were on vacation and commuting into Washington on a daily basis. The hotel was convenient to the Metro, shopping and the airport. We found the suite very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was great having access to complimentary shuttle service within a mile of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was great.

Nice straightforward hotelPosted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, good price, good location
Cons: Elevators are a bit infrequent...
This was a business trip, so the facilities and room comfort were fine. Free wifi was good strength all over the site. Breakfast in the Bistro was fine and reasonably priced.
