Exceptional Value! Comfortable, Clean, and Sleek!

Location: Went shopping at the Dulles Town Center Mall. Great deals!
My wife and I went on a 2 day vacation to celebrate our anniversary. I was first impressed by the friendly and attentive customer service. The people at the front desk were professional and genuinely interested in enhancing our stay. I was especially grateful with Jose, and the steps he took to congratulate us on our anniversary. The rooms were beautiful. Modern/updated design, clean, roomy, and comfortable. I frequently travel for my business and am accustomed to paying three times as much for similar accommodations. We will definitely be back!

Nice hotel near Dulles airport.

Pros: Room was very nice and comfortable and quiet.
Location: Location was quiet. Shopping area was within 5 min drive or take the hotel complimentary shuttle van.
I stayed at this hotel for 1 night for a short visit to the area. It was very convenient to get to the hotel as they had a free shuttle van that picks up from the Dulles airport and back, as well as to surrounding areas for meals and shopping mall.

Pros: Room comfort.
Location: It's a little out of the way and hard to find in the endless suburbia of Northern Virginia. Worth the trip, however.
A very classy property. The room was soothingly comfortable, and the young woman who checked me in was as charming as can be. What more could I want?

Great hotel for business, very close to Dulles

Stayed at this hotel for an extra night due to a flight change. Was pleasant. Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Pleasant stay

We liked the Double Tree a lot!

It was clean and comfortable. The only thing we wish were different: there's no vent in the bathroom, so the steam stays in the room. Even if you open the door, it takes a long time to dissipate.

Assigned a Handicap room

Cons: Front desk attendant informing he/she was going to assign you to a handicap room.
I would of appreciated if the front-desk attendant would of pre-advised he was assigning me a handicap room. I know there were other rooms available, as my associates hadn't gotten to the hotel yet. Will never stay at this hotel again.

great Dulles option

Pros: Clean, quiet and nicely furnished and appointed. Free wireless, good restaurant on site.
Cons: The hotel is fine as-is, too bad there aren't more dining options in the immediate neighborhood... but that's not the fault of the hotel.
Location: Feels remote, and a bit isolated. About a mile North there were more dining options, so with a car, or in nice weather walking, you could find options
Shuttle was convenient, about 10 minute ride to the hotel. The hotel is quite nice, nice rooms, very nice baths, bar and restaurant was pretty good... which matters because there isn't much else around within a 10 minute walk of the hotel.
