Hotel looks old. Room smell bad. Bed mattress is too soft. Sheet and beddings are dampened. A lamp doesn't work. Hotel front desk is also rude and lied about the shuttle departure time so we missed the shuttle to the airport.

Close and convenient for travelers using Dulles International Airport. Staff at front desk very professional, welcoming, and helpful, as were those serving in the Bistro sports bar/restaurant. Front desk check-in speed would benefit from having additional staff.

I cannot believe this property is qualified as a four-star hotel. The facilities are very old; the rooms are outdated. This is way below the DoubleTree standard. I was just shocked.

The rooms require refreshing. I had to change rooms because the remote control did not work. However, the furniture is dated with scratches and the bed skirts require replacing in all the rooms. The gentleman that checked me in was professional but had to change my room due to the initial room left a lot to be desired. Moreover, the room that I moved to didnt have any shower gel. I don't quite understand the standards for such a prominent hotel back in the day.

I would love the hotel more if it had all its doors intact and didn't have occasional floods (generally) or shield bugs in my room (my room specificallu)

Very comfy, great staff, elevators are ???
Great staff, comfy beds...REALLY COMFY, cookies!!!! My only negative comment is one of the elevators that i almost got stuck in and the night hotel representative that basically made me feel like I was stupid. Monday January 22, 2024 after 9pm. Got into elevator 1 and pushed my floor button...yes i also scanned my keycard...and it bounced and showed "Out of Service". Thankfully the door opened. I reported this to "him" and not only was he dissmissive but wouldnt answer my question about where i could find stairs to get to my floor.

Cleaning Crews Need to Check Appliances/Plumbing
They service was fine, but not my first initial room. When my son and I got into the room we put our things away and was about to settle down for the night. When I turned on the shower the main faucet line would not fully change to the shower setting..I asked for new room they said we will just send Maintenance. Maintenance said they fixed it, when I to try it again, it was broke. So I finally got a new room. I highly recommend your cleaning crews should check appliances and plumbing while they are cleaning, so they can report issues.

Woke up after our third night with bed bug bites. I complained to the staff and was told a manager will reach out to me. We checked out and have not heard anything back. Terrible experience! Terrible service! Do NOT stay at this hotel. Plus now I’m terrified to bring back bed bugs home with us. We will have to get an exterminator to avoid contaminating our home.

It smelled like a nursing home. Had to run to the store to spray down everything with Lysol and Febreze. Towels/Wash cloths had stains on them. Found almonds on the floor from someone’s previous stay. Wallpaper was ripped right in the middle of the wall. I was not at all satisfied with my stay. Very uncomfortable

The only thing that was really bad was the water from the sink and shower. The sink sprayed in all different directions and the shower pressure was not good. Other than that the beds were great and the place was very clean.

A “$6” mixed drink at the bar cost $14. The breakfast that is free at Choice & Quality hotels cost $16. No ice machines were in service. There were no vending machines and the snack bar was very poorly stocked. 👎👎👎
