“Great hotel, service, location & experience!!”

This hotel is in a great location. They are a few blks away from the Pentagon City metro stop and a mile or so to the airport (Regan). They have a shuttle that runs to both these stops every 1/2 hr automatically. If you plan ahead, they will even arrange to shuttle you elsewhere if it is approx 1 mile from the hotel. The Pentagon City metro stop is located at a huge shopping mall and the metro entrance is right by the food court which makes grabbing fast food handy and great for those on a budget. There is even a Costco a blk or so away! The rooms have small refrig & microwave also. We loved that they served a full breakfast including made to order omelets. We would eat at the hotel in the morning and then try to do one other larger meal out and then either fast food or just snacks we brought the rest of the time. The manager of the hotel was constantly around checking at the front desk and also to see if everything ran smoothly at the evening reception & morning breakfast. He couldn't have been nicer and more accomodating. The service was superb. If we needed an extra blanket, they brought it immediately. Our room was very clean and always well stocked. I'm picky & usually find hair or something not clean but never did & felt perfectly comfortable in the room.The manager was super helpful the day we left to go back to the airport, even bringing us water and helping the driver with the bags etc. The front desk also helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

“Quick Overnight Well Worth It”

Great having shuttle service to airport and Metro. Reception time was pretty crowded with limited seating, but breakfast was not too bad with people taking trays to their rooms. Two block walk to Crystal City and its Metro or three or four block to Pentagon City mall and and the Metro there. Staff was friendly and courteous. Bed comfortable and food and snacks were decent. If you can get it for a reasonable price, why not?

Everything was clean and comfortable. The room was larger than any I have seen. The staff was very professional and friendly. I will stay here again when I come back to D.C.

this is the second time in a year that we have stayed at the embassy suites in chrystal city. both times the facilities and the staff were superb. the breakfast buffet and managers party are a real nice treat

“Great Hotel! Great Location! Family Friendly!”

Excellent hotel. Great Staff. We have 5 in our family and the room in our hotel with two doubles and the roll away bed were great. Free shuttle to and from airport as well as Pentagon City where all the restaurants are located. 2 Blocks from the Metro which takes you all over D.C. Free breakfast as well. I can't say enough about our entire visit.

“Embassy Suites: Always a good choice”

Excellent hotel and value. Our 2-room suite was large, and even the bathroom allowed room to maneuver without fear of tripping over something. Location and proximity to public transportation was excellent.

“Embassy Suites Experience”

Excellent hotel experience. We spent 5 nights at this hotel on a vacation to D.C. The hotel offers hot breakfast, shuttle service to the Metro & hotel, and the staff is warm and friendly. We also enjoyed the Manager's Reception in the evening....free drinks & appetizers!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

“Great for a family visit!”

When all hotels in DC are over $250 during the week of the National Prayer Breakfast, it's so nice to have an affordable hotel near the Metro with complimentary breakfasts and DCA shuttles. Will definitely stay here again.
