“Everything was great....almost.”
We arrived at checkin time and our room was ready. We booked online and got a great rate with them. The checkin was our only complaint. Either the clerk was new or just didn't know her job. She was very nice and accommodating but needed help with the whole process. Other than that, the entire staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean except the tub in our room had seen better days. Snacks and drinks in the evening was great as was breakfast....all on the house! All in all a good experience and a nice place to stay. We chose this hotel because it was near (8.5 miles) Wolf Trap. Straight shot down the toll road...
“Very nice Hotel.”
We had an outlet in the bathroom that was missing a screw and I told the front desk about it, but it did not get fixed during our 2 night stay. They did not have enough staff during breakfast and dishes were not cleaned up for 2 hours after they stoped serving that meal. The next morning everything went great.

Great hotel. I would recommend this to others. The complimentary happy hour in the evenings are a great way to network with others who are traveling on business. The hotel is very close to Dulles airport and the shuttle will take you there. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to assist you.

It was wonderful, the rooms were clean and spacious, the staff especially the manager was awesome, the atrium was welcoming. We loved the breakfasts and the managers reception. Now when i am booking travel I will check to see if their is an Embasst Suites nearby and I will stay there. By far the best hotal i have been to in a long time.
“Embassy Suites-Nice, provides many amnetities and hotel service”
The hotel was great. The large variety of breakfast foods were prepared fresh every morning for you for free (included in price). There were a large amount of amenities that were provided for free including a meal/snack at 5-7pm. Standard rooms were very large, including a living room. Hotel took care of many of our travel arrangements and the shuttle provided free service to nearby eateries.

I stayed here for the Christmas holiday and other than the small complaint about the maintinence of the property I would return. Their exercise room is top notch as it's staff.
“She's looking a little worn”
Having stayed at a number of Embassy Suites, I have to say that this one is getting a little worn around the edges. The lobby appears to have been recently refurbished, but our room looked a little tired with a sticking folding closet door and a tear in a sofa cushion (maybe smoking rooms aren't high on the list for remodeling?). After saying that, though, it was clean, comfortable, and service was great--front desk, housekeeping staff and wait/bartending staff were all friendly and helpful.
