“Fine for the price”

I wasn't expecting to stay in a 5 star hotel for one night. My fiance and I were going to see a concert at Nissian Pavillion that night and didn't want to have to drive all the way back home after the concert was over so we wanted a reasonably prices hotel room and thats what we got! The fridge was clean and very roomy, nice kitchen and stove (we didn't get to use) and the hotel staff was very helpful when we realized our first room we were given had a broken shower... so they kindly moved us with no problems! Overall it served its purpose.

“Oh My Gosh, Like a Horror Movie”

This place is really uncomfortable, the AC unit kept making banging noises all night and I thought one of the other guests was going to rob me in the lobby. I was afraid for my things when I left the room . There is no shampoo in the rooms and the sheets smell dirty.

“Felt Unsafe”

The hotel was run down. I would not stay again. Coming back from dinner around 9:00 the lobby was full of young men that were dressed and acting like gang members, I felt very unsafe as I walked through them and into the elevator. I even blocked the door after it was locked.

“What A Dump, Dirty,Smelly, and just a lousy place to stay.”

When I had to check out at 5 am to catch a flight, there was no one in the hotel to check me out. A maint man told me there would be no one there till 7 am. Just a lousy place.

“Not impressed”

If you like smoke this is the place, even the non-smoking rooms were dank with smoke. Would not stay there again.
