“Good for the price”

The room was clean, but a little small. I was really impressed with complimentary breakfast served. I expected doughnuts and bagels, but was surprised to find waffles, sausages, eggs, oatmeal in addition to that.

“Would happily recommend”

The area nearby the hotel has limited food and the hotel only has a continental breakfast, one has to travel about 15 minutes to find some place to eat that isn't fast food. The breakfast is nice, good coffee, excellent waffles, and tasty bagels. The hotel room was comfortable and the staff from the desk personnel to the housekeepers were fantastic. They helped make a stressed out stay wonderful and were happy to help in any way they could.

Area recommendations

Would highly recommend that you go see the Dulles site of the Air and Space Museum. Also there was an Enterprise Rent a Car office inside the hotel. That would have been nice to know before we booked since we used Enterprise, but at Dulles Airport. It wold have saved us a bit of time on the days we flew in and out.

“Not Impressed”

We barely saw the receptionists when we went in or out of the hotel. The room was clean. We could hear everything from next door as well as upstairs (people upsatirs were up walking back and forth starting @ 3am). Airport was close so needless to say we also heard lots of planes land and takeoff. By far this is the worst hotel we've stayed at in the past year.

“DC Trip”

Overall a nice hotel. Had some iniital problems checking in, but Expedia quickly resolved the situation. The stay was comfortable and conveniently close to the airport.

“Before you book this hotel”

We stayed at this hotel because it was less expensive than most and it had a complimentary airport shuttle. Be aware that the shuttle does not come to the airport routinely like other hotel shuttles. You HAVE TO CALL the hotel and request the shuttle. We came from overseas and did not have a phone. There is no courtesy phone. We ended up asking another hotel shuttle driver to borrow his personal phone to call. The a/c unit did not function properly and I had a spider crawl up my neck after going to bed. The breakfast was good and it was close to the airport, but we will not stay there again.

“Fairfield Inn”

Hotel was easy to find with GPS. Looks like a newer hotel. Room was very clean. Bed was the best I've had in a hotel. Breakfast was normal "continental" but adequate. Wegmans is close by for a great eating choice on the cheap.
