“please hire experienced polite desk help”
i have never witnessed such rude and nasty desk help,nor have i ever heard of it.the woman at the desk,was very nasty,with a customer checking in before me,who also happened to be my sister!the very young woman was so out of control she was trembling!i dont know if it was a busy week or she possibly may have been medicated.i have no other reason to explain her rudeness.to make things worse after returning home,my wife saw there were 2 charges respectfully of 35 and 15 dollars.as we did not even turn the tv on,my wife called.the desk auditor/clerk/high school help was very unhelpfull rude and once again nasty and hung up on my wife!!!!!!!! after having to call back the woman informed my wife(who has worked in customer service for 20 yrs plus)that she was being aggressive!after a apology that had laughter in the background! my wife was told it was probably a hold placed on card,and there was nothing she could do!,i have already sent an email directly to hilton/hampton with no response!i also believe i replied to another expedia survey!?????the room was nice but....i do not think i would recomend that hotel to anyone,considering the lack of response,and lack of profesionalism displayed.or experience.laughter should not be a part of customer service,nor rudeness,my other sister lives in locust grove and i plan on visiting again,but where will i stay?what is your opinion
