the welcoming was perfect, advice where to eat also by the receptionist. Neighborhood is the only real disadvantage of the location.

This was for a team tournament. The hotel was clean, service good, but I was disappointed the room was $20 more thru the league than it was online.

Previous stay when going on vacation they didn't give us a roll in shower as promised. On return trip the night manager more than made up for the problem by giving us a better room. I will give them our business in the future.

Ligger avsides från stan - för övrigt ett jättebra hotell, med ett köpcentrum i närheten. Frukosten ingår, men är man en frukostmänniska är utbudet lite knapert.

Called ahead to confirm a handicapped room with roll in shower. I was told It was confirmed. Upon arrival, step in shower with doors. Called front desk, they sent maintenance to evaluate the situation, which could not be changed. Offered to change our room after we had fallen asleep. Everything else was great.

Very poor manager skills , rest of the staff where okay , but the actual management was very poor , to the point they lied alot to the customer.
