Just a quick overnight stay leaving early in the morning for a flight home. Nice, conveniently located hotel to the airport.

Posted Nov 19, 2014
The restaurant staffs were rude, Duvet cover was not cotton and itchy. Bath got clogged and had to take a shower in pool of dirty water.

Dulles Airport Hilton Garden Inn

Pros: Location and Cost
Cons: Shower stall door seal
Very comfortable facility. Only issue was the shower stall door leaked badly and we had to soak up the water with towels.

Pros: Near the highways.
Cons: Customer service. Maintenance in the room.
A/C in the room is noisy, temperature is not accurate. Wanted some ice, look for the ice machine, didn't find it, went in the front desk and ask the person, one hotel staff took me to the dining room and pointed there's the ice, and the ice he's pointing was in the salad bar, and it looks like it's been used for service. I ended up going back to my room with empty ice bucket. Saturday, 10 to 1 a.m.,people from the other rooms made too much noise in the hallway. Called front desk for assistance about the noise, it probably took for an hour or two to get things straight. Bad experience from our part. Didn't enjoy the stay at all!

Pros: Very clean and nice showers.
Cons: The bed was very hard. Also, they sell snacks and stuff but they're expensive. $3 for Reese's peanut butter cups. Really?
Location: We went to Alamo Drafthouse, a really cool movie theatre.
Very nice hotel. The bed was a little hard. They have good breakfast, a little expensive but good.

Bed's are hard as a ROCK!!

Posted Sep 25, 2014
The hotel staff was GREAT, rooms were clean but the beds are TERRIBLE hard as a rock!!! I got no sleep for two nights. I stay at Hilton and Hilton brand hotels pretty much weekly and have never had such a terrible bed!
