Smoking inside

Cons: Turn it into a non-smoking building.
Great hotel, very clean and modern. Great amenities and very handicap friendly. Major downside was some floors allow smoking in the rooms and the lobby and hallways smelled of smoke. Breakfast cost $13 and nothing is complimentary. Everything was great minus the cigarette smoke.

The shower leaked in both rooms we were occupying. When we told the front desk they said that all the rooms are that way but would pass along the message. The front desk was wonderful. They helped us find wineries, a restaurant for dinner and other activities. They even printed out directions to avoid the toll road that our GPS was re-routing to. The bed could have been a little more comfortable.

Good hotel.

Great location for touring the Air and Space Museum also Virginia Civil War sites. We were surprised by the quality of the restaurant food. Very good breakfast. Good evening snack. The only disappointment was the TV/ cable. Screen went to black before every channel change. Kudos to the front desk staff. Every day they were kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick but great stay

Pros: Modern and clean facilities. Reliability of the airport shuttle
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Next door to Aloft hotel and a convenient store. 10 minutes to airport.
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn at Dulles because we had a very early flight to catch the next day. The lobby was beautiful and open, the room (king) was spacious, modern and very clean. We arranged the hotel shuttle for 4:30 am the next morning and when our flight was delayed a bit, we rescheduled without incident. The shuttle was on time and it took about 10 minutes to arrive at the airport. Upon our return, we called the hotel so they could send the shuttle for pick up and the driver arrived quickly. This was a great stay.

Pros: Location to Dulllis International. Price with EXPEDIA
Sheets did not fit the bed and the AC was too noisy
