Very Good

All you would expect from a top end hotel: spacious, well arranged lobby, clean and comfortable rooms, good location for Tysons Corner. Breakfast a slight disappointment as choice was limited.

Wonderful hotel close to DC

Posted Dec 16, 2014
My stay was awesome enough to call this hotel my DC hotel whenever I'm in town from now on. It's close and not too far away from everything needed for a solo weekend getaway.

Close to DC

Posted Dec 3, 2014
Pros: Room was a very nice size and the cleanliness was second to none. Plus the lobby is very interesting (glass balls resemble bubbles going upward).
Cons: Staff I felt was a bit unengaged.
Location: You're 15 to 20 minutes from downtown DC.
We thought that the hotel was top notch. But beware of the restaurant, which is grossly overpriced. Go down into McClean where there are dozens of nice places to eat.

Preferred Hotel in Tysons Corner Business District

Posted Nov 15, 2014
Pros: Spacious, well appoint rooms. Room service. Shuttle service.
Location: Restaurants (primarily big chains) at every price point. And of course, the Tysons Mall and Galleria.
This is one of my preferred hotels in the Tysons Corner/McLean Business District. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner of the McLean/Tysons Corner area. This is good in the sense that the area is quiet. It is bad in the sense that the hotel can be a little difficult to find for someone not familiar with the area. The property is well-appointed with a nice lobby/atrium area where one can have a drink, watch television and socialize. The rooms are very nice with up-to-date soft goods and spacious bathrooms. The rooms have large desks which are good for spreading out and wifi. The hotel also has shuttle services to the major office buildings and retail outlets in the area.

Luxury Hotel, very elegant and clean room.

Posted Oct 22, 2014
Pros: Breakfast and the lobby is very nice and elegant
Cons: The doors slam really loud, when you let them close by themselves. In the morning you hear loud banging by the rooms that surrounded ours.
Location: Tyson's corner, Va near the Mall
Stayed one night, I arrived late so I wasn't able to get room service. But I did purchase the breakfast buffet in the morning, which was delicious. I had the corner king size bed room and it was very beautiful and clean. The bathroom has a big shower and its very elegant. We had a great night. And hope to return for another stay at this hotel. Staff that checked us in was very polite and helpful.

Excellent experience. The rooms were extremely clean, and the shuttle came back and picked up my friend and I after we arrived back at the metro station 10 minutes too late.

Traveling on business - nice location - little difficulty locating at night in the rain due to road construction nearby but nice once finally arrived

Good not great

Posted Oct 15, 2014
Staff was very attentive. Room was nicely decorated and clean. I expected nothing else. The hotel entrance and lobby is like nothing I had seen. I was impressed by its design, but I soon found out that it is not the best design idea. The lobby is a huge open space all the way to the ninth floor. I was staying in the ninth floor and I could hear the people chatting in the lobby all day long and even late at night. The hotel was very busy with weddings on the weekend and a girls soccer team. I was not able to get a good nights rest. Sound proof doors need to be installed.
