When we arrived there was a homeless person lying on the sidewalk on the side of the building. That was much better than the roach on the bathroom floor. Not a fan and would never return.

Good location. A little dated but fairly clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also pretty average and would be nice to have something cooked without having to have fried potatoes!

They are remodeling and I was in a room directly under where they were jack hammering. Came back to my room at 4:00 and was told they’d stole between 5:00 and 6:00. I had the tv in 70 and still couldn’t hear it. Why rent a room directly under construction ? There has to be schedule..

During my 2-day stay, I only talked to one person--Khan at the front desk was helpful. However, this facility is in desperate need of a remodel. While my room was fairly clean, the desk chair was very shabby (I requested and received a better one) and all the furniture was old. On Friday night, right outside my window, there were small, souped up cars roaring up and down a side road. Very noisy.

It would be great after a long trip to be greeted by friendly staff rather than rough around the edges front desk staff. Did not feel the welcome nor the value as a customer. I was happy to leave early the next morning

Lady at check in wasn’t pleasant. My room key didn’t work so I had to go back down to get a new one. She was even less pleasant to deal with then. Customer service is terrible.

Everything was great. We had no issues during our stay. We asked for additional towels and washcloths to which the staff immediately provided. Overall the beds slept great, the room was clean and our checkout was seamless.

I was disappointed due to no pool (under repair). Power outage so no air, tv lights, radio and had to walk down from 6th floor to chech out due to no elevator service. Outage started 2am and still like that at checkout.

Horrible Experience
What stay my flight was canceled and the Hotel did not allow me to rebook or reschedule the room even though I call as soon as my flight was canceled and BEFORE the scheduled check-in time. I also purchased the insurance on the room and called Hotels.com this was a horrible experience and I lost money for two hotel rooms
