Nice hotel close to Mall and restaurants!

Pros: Excellent Service, Very clean and outstanding Hotel Staff...
Location: Hotel is located off I-95 exit 126 (Fredericksburg, VA), close to mall (Exit 130) and within walking distance from major restaurants, Wal-mart, Lowes.
Excellent hotel, Service was outstanding and Hotel Staff was very nice and helpful. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance!

Perfect hotel for overnight stay

Location: Great location right off Interstate 95.
Really nice property, great bedding, nice bathroom. We arrived late and the front desk staff was ready and waiting to greet us. Good breakfast. I usually stick to Starbucks, but their coffee was surprisingly good.

They only clean the room every other day

My family stayed for 3 nights and was told that they only clean the room every other day. So towels, trash and beds were not cleaned until I complained.

Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay. As is typical hotel industry practice, unless otherwise requested, we only refresh bed linens every other day when a guest is staying with us for more than one night. However, other housekeeping including making the beds, replacing bathroom linens, taking out the trash, etc. is to be done every day unless a guest indicates they prefer not to be disturbed by putting out the Do Not Disturb sign. Please accept my apologies that this policy was not followed during your stay. I have shared your comments with our housekeeping department to ensure a better experience for future guests. We hope that you will stay with us again soon so that we may have the opportunity to exceed your expectation.

Good Hotel - very poor quality breakfast

Hotel was clean and neat - comfortable and reasonably priced. Breakfast was terrible; Danish were stale; eggs were tasteless (powdered); bacon was "leathery and tasteless"; pancake syrup had no maple taste - poor imitation for any type of sugar syrup.

Very satisfied. Good free breakfast including fresh pancakes, eggs, and sometimes cheese omelets or turkey bacon, Plenty of other choices too (including nonfat milk, hurray! and good yogurts and oatmeals and toppings and many other items)

Everything is right here

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and cozy and very clean. The hotel was also located very close to my favorite store Walmartsuperstores.. The worst part was leaving. I'm already missing the peace quiet and serenity of my visit. Hope to see this place again soon. P.S. The variety of near by restaurants were awesome.
