“Would definitely stay there again”

The hotel & it's staff were very professional & courteous, the rooms were clean & very nice. My only faults were the hotels restaurant (poor food, poor service & over priced) & being charged sixteen dollars to park my car in the hotels parking lot.

“A welcoming and comfortable haven”

This Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations for a short, one night stay prior to an extremely early a.m. flight. Arriving at night, with bad bronchitis, I was both sick and exhausted. The staff checked me in quickly, got all of my luggage to the room, arranged the wake up call and my morning cab to the airport as my check in was earlier than their first shuttle. They could not have been more helpful. The room was large and comforable, well decorated, and QUIET! A great night's sleep, with the same efficient and super nice assistance from the staff in the morning. Thank You!

There are lots of great restaurants a short cab away in Crystal City......Legal Seafood is great. Kebab Palace for casual and fun mediterranean dining.

“Holiday Inn Crystal City works”

The hotel was clean and the room was quite large. It's not too near a metro station so that's a bit of a drawback. McDonalds was right next door which made breakfast very easy. Very close to the aiport but I didn't hear any noise from the airport. I would recommend this hotel.

“Covenient location”

I was satisified with all aspects of this hotel with the exception of having to pay for parking - With the rate charged, parking should be free - That would be my only reason for not staying again

“Might have fleas”

Ended up with alot of red bumps on my body. It was extremely humid and could have been mosquitoes but also may have been bed bugs/fleas of some sort. Asked them to change sheets and everything was fine. The rest of the experience was typical of a standard Holiday Inn

“very impressive”

I stayed at holiday inn national airport for 2 nights, it was fantastic, clean, affordable and with very convenient transport options to DC and National airport. The hotel staff were very friendly and i really enjoyed staying there
