3 elevators and only 1 worked. Parking garage doesn’t print receipts. One of the days there was Front desk Staff from other location working here with no knowledge of this location. 2 of my other days there was Front desk staff that was new, also lack knowledge and was not helpful.

Our first room had a flooded bathroom, our next room was clean, unfortunately the bathroom fan made a terrible noise and the bathroom sink was almost impossible to turn on. The hotel is close to DC so an UBER is $10-$15. The bed was great, but the pillows were terrible. The laundry was clean and not busy, grocery delivery was free if you need supplies. WARNING - the parking lot is very tight and not all vehicles will be able to access it.

I would give this hotel a 2.5 star rating if that was a choice. It was noisy, dirty, run down and smelly. Close to the airport but a shuttle service that didn't run often enough.

I liked the location being near Reagan airport. Really not many places that you can walk to, a few restaurants. Also, not an easy or safe walk to the nearest Metro station. A "Gentleman's" club is one of the things you can walk to, but not one that I prefer in the neighborhoods of my hotel stays.

The hotel windows were filthy. The garage ground which is “A” had trash in different spots. The garbage lobby entrance needed to be cleaned. I don’t know what the staff were doing - cleaning wasn’t one of them. Breakfast cost $18 per day. It’s not worth it. Go do a restaurant instead. McDonald is next door. In this city I had to pay .50 to park for 10 minutes to go into Walgreens. The elevator - let’s not go there. SMH u have to wait longer than average for the hotel. Packed like sardines.

We booked a room with two full beds and got one king. They said they had no other open rooms in the hotel which seemed highly unlikely on a Tuesday night. They also said they do not honor bed requests from Expedia so you just get what you get. My 12 yo slept on the floor and the man who worked there said that the “key didn’t work” so he couldn’t get us any extra blankets or pillows for him! The room we got was next to two rooms that appeared to be tented with black plastic like you see with mold remediation, and there was a visible mold looking substance on the ceiling on that side of the room. I never write reviews, but this was really terrible.

Staff did not answer the phone at 10:50pm when I was calling to see if the shuttle (which runs to 11pm) was going to stop at the airport again. I ended up taking a taxi. Overall, the property is rundown, but it will do for a one-night stay at an airport hotel.

The hotel was fine( just a typical hotel), but just a warning that if you pay to park in the garage you are not guaranteed a spot. They let anyone who will pay (non hotel guests included) to park there.

The most comfortable bed I had sleep all my life . Better than my own bed. We stayed at 11th . The only thing they have to do is fix the sealing . Was dripping water for 3 days . The front desk employees are amazing . Very friend . I worked at Crystal city many years and still my favorite place around . Thank you .

Dated airport hotel. Mecca for middle school field trips, mediocre food, and somewhat scarey parking garage in “the other side of the tracks” neighborhood. Do not recommend for females traveling by themselves. While I felt safe inside the hotel, I’d never walk around by myself after dark.

We were very pleased with the room. It was spacious, with comfortable beds, and chairs. Nice that there was a microwave, fridge, Keurig and safe in the room. Maid service was excellent. Breakfast was included and was very good with lots to choose from including cereals, fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon sausage, bread, and pastries. On site dining in O'Malleys however was terrible. Over priced and the food was not good at all. McDonalds right next door was convenient and the hotel is in a good location for Ubers into Washington DC to see the sites. TV reception for movie channels was very poor in the room and as we were on the first floor we heard lots of noise above our room which disturbed our sleep a couple of nights during our five night stay. We brought both issues to the attention of the front desk. The noise issue improved the TV issue was never rectified.

The property was acceptable. Definitely easy access to the airport. There was a necklace left in the hotel room very early this morning when we left. It has been confirmed that the necklace was found in the room by room service. Have called lost and found multiple times and have received no reply. Where do I go from here?

It was my 1st visit to the area so I wasn’t clear prior to booking. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was AMAZING and the comfort of having the shuttles take you back and forth to the airport to catch the subway was perfect. The hotel has 2 nice restaurants with good food, a McDonalds next door and a CVS within walking distance….thats it, there is nothing else around . If you are okay with that, you’ll be just fine at this location. If you want more happenings and to be downtown, select another location. I would book again because of the wonderful staff, clean and peace atmosphere and I felt safe which was important since I was traveling solo. The morning shuttle driver was amazing (don’t remember his name) he offered several tips and made me feel very welcome and comfortable.

It was an okay place. The manager put me in a handicapped room and I didn’t know til i got to the room. Workout room was missing weights. 10s, and 12.5s. Seemed a little dirty..

For a Holiday Inn…this property was a disappointment. This facility needs a complete renovation. It is old, rundown and really shows its age. In my room, wallpaper is peeling off the wall…the furnishings are very outdated and the beds and bedding were terrible. I stay at a Holiday Inn often when I travel…this is the worst Holiday Inn I have experienced….facility wise. I will note that the staff was very nice and processed my check-in and check-out quickly.
