“Unpleasant Experience”
My room had not had a thorough cleaning in a long time. This is an extended stay motel, but the kitchen was not at all equipped, not even for the simplest food prep. The motel was convenient to nothing. There was only one restaurant in the near vicinity, having limited hours (closed at 6 pm) and mediocer food.
“Terrible”
For those hoping to find a convenient and clean room look elsewhere. There is no free shuttle from Dulles to this hotel so one most take a cab to get to and from this location. The room was not up to any reasonable standard as I found large spiders near the bed, the iron was non functional and it smelled bad.

“It was almost perfect!”
Great rates. Perfect location for Dulles Int'l business. Very dog friendly with only $25 fee for my mutts. Very clean, including utensils in kitchenette. (that was a FIRST!) The carpeting and upholstered chair needed cleaning. Only 2 pillows on a queen bed. Got the pillows OK and the manager said carpet/upholstery was to be cleaned before the end of the month. Almost perfect! I will be back!
“Won't go there next time.”
I will not go back to the same hotel. Rooms were had been celan but still had stained floors, dirty walls and run down fictures. The door had obviously been kicked in at some point, bending the door and latch. Fire alarms were going off two nights I was there, for an hour at a time, and the cops were there one night for someone who was pounding on room doors.
“Great hotel at a great price”
I only stayed one night but the hotel room was very nice. It was an excellent price and very convenient location close to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay at other Homestead hotels.
“Not Clean”
Floor was dirty, And no Shanpoo and Conditioner in Shower room. I went to Front desk to pick them up in the morning by myself. Front desk was closed at 11PM.
“Not Impressed”
This hotel is right by Dulles airport and should only be used by airport guests that are stranded at the airport and are waiting for a flight the next day. The rooms are outdated and not thoroughly cleaned. The staff at the desk was absent when I went to see them about gym usage in the surrounding area and was generally short with me and not accomidating. My stay was during the 20" of snow DC got and they didn't shovel or salt the side walks or parking lot. I had to ice skate to get to my room! I will not be staying here again.
