Property Amenities
This Hyatt Place has dropped the traditional lobby and front desk in favor of a contemporary open area called the Gallery, with a check-in kiosk and the expertise of a host, who is available to help with check-in, guest tours, and even food preparation, 24 hours a day.
The Gallery area houses the Bakery Café, which includes a coffee and wine bar and a 24-hour touch-screen kiosk for ordering freshly prepared hot and cold items; guests pay by swiping either room key or credit card. A self-help case of baked goods, salads, sandwiches, and drinks is also available 24 hours; a complimentary Continental breakfast with Starbucks coffee is served each morning.
Among complimentary amenities are use of the TV room with its 27-inch flat-panel screen and seating for four, use of a computer with high-speed Internet access and a printer, all in the Gallery area; and hotel-wide wireless Internet access.
Rooms
All guestrooms feature Hyatt's signature Grand Bed: Sealy Posturepedic mattress; 250-thread-count triple sheeting; down blankets; double down-surround pillows. Separated from the bed by a partial wall, the sitting area provides a queen sofa bed and desk.
42-inch, flat-panel, high-definition TVs allow guests to plug in laptops, MP3 players, and DVD players. Satellite channels include 11 channels of high-definition programming and SportsNet. Both wireless and wired high-speed Internet access are complimentary; one of the two telephones is cordless.
Refrigerators, coffeemakers, and wet bars are included. Bathrooms provide granite countertops and Portico white-ginger scented bath amenities.
All rooms at this hotel are non-smoking.

“Hyatt Dulles Place”
Nice hotel with fairly large rooms. Everything was fine....even had a good breakfast in the AM. No complaints.
“Nice, modern hotel with clean and spacious rooms”
Very nice rooms and lobby area. Modern and comfortable hotel. Did not like the fact that it did not have a restaurant or bar only a breakfast area which was poor, basically an american breakfast since they charge for the eggs, bacon, etc. at $7.00 per plate. Otherwise I would recommend it.

Friendly staff,quite area,not to far from DC if you own or rented a car.Very close from Dulles Town shopping Mall and a large selection of restaurants nearby.Clean and decent pool.
“Great hotel in a great location”
I was very impressed with the hotel, the staff was very friendly and courteous. It was in a great location, close to many restaurants, area malls and a nearby movie theater. My refrigerator didn't work and was replaced immediately. A microwave in the room would be nice, there is a microwave located in the dining area for the guests use. The breakfast consisted of a variety of fresh fruit, bagels, toast, english muffins,muffins, juice, coffee, tea and milk. If you want other breakfast items there is a charge.
“Great Hotel”
Would have been nice to have a full restaurant. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. A/C had a little problem keeping up but did o.k. It would be better if the cleaning staff would come little later. 9:00 AM was a little early. Would highly recommend this hotel.
“Comfortable, convenient hotel”
(August 2011) We were looking for a place that was convenient and close to my folks' home down the street and this definitely fit the bill. The room was comfortable with 2 double beds and a pullout couch which worked perfectly for a family of 4 (2 being teenagers). The free breakfast was the usual fare--toast, muffins, sweet rolls, coffee, juices, cereal, fresh fruit, and yogurt, nothing too out of the ordinary but satisfactory to fill us up in the am. The beds were very comfortable and there was no noise in the halls at night or any sounds from the adjoining rooms, which was nice. We had the outdoor pool just about to ourselves. We would definitely return for another visit.

Overall, a great hotel to stay. Very clean, nice, comfortable. I wish that rooms have a microwave.
“Awesome Hotel!”
Dated of stay 7/22 - 7/27/2011: We booked this hotel when my son was re-enacting in the 150th Civil War Battle of Manassas. This is truly the best hotel I have stayed in. When we walked into the hotel couldn't believe how really nice it was. All the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They really talked to you. The room was the best. Got to the room and it smelled really clean, no lingering order like some hotels. Even the bathroom was very clean. The room was spotless. It even had a sitting area with a sofa when you walked into the room The bed I couldn't believe how comfortable it was. It was the best sleep I have had in years. I just simply fell in love with this place...if that is possible. The continental breakfast was ok...only ceral, bagle, toast with coffee milk or juice to drink along with fruit and yogurt. There were others things to eat but you had to pay for them. There are plenty attractions to see. Just wish we had time to go to Washington, D.C. Good excuse to go back. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Vacation for a family of 4...very nice place, helpful staff. a little longer from DC than we hanted, but was a good value.
“Hyatt Place Dulles Airport North Best Hotel Ive stayed at”
The Hyatt was awsome everyone was so nice and helpful If you want to go to D.C. the Hyatt will shuttle you to the Airport and there u will get a bus to D.C. beats driving in traffic If you dont want to order in you go to Olive Garden or Sweet Water its a 3 min walk and the price of the rooms were great the rooms were spotless I cant wait to go back :)
