Hyatt Place Dulles Airport North

Bed pillows were to hard especially for my child . Woke up with neck pain .

Staff was very helpful and gave us great advice on options for transportation as well as where to find resturants.

More than I could have ever asked for for the price. The room was HUGE, and the WiFi was complementary which is awesome for such a nice hotel. The breakfast served complementary every morning was INSANE and awesome. Waffles, bagels, three choices of biscuits, large assortment of fruit, cereal, yogurt, granola, and full coffee station. Also the hotel was very close to lots of eateries. Further, the snacks at the hotel were all very reasonably priced. Couldn't have asked for a better place!

I was driving down to VA Beach for the weekend with my kids and to break up a long car ride we decided to stop half way to rest and resume the drive in the morning. I was suprised to find this hotel was so inexpensive so immediately I expected it to not be the best. However when we arrived the front desk staff was extremly friendly and processed out check in within minutes, which was a blessing since I had two small children that were tired and restless from being in the car for several hours. Our room was beautiful and spacious which was quite a releif. There was even a small office area set away from the beds so that I was able to get some work done while my children rested undisturbed. They also offered food and beverages in the lobby which was a great treat. We enjoyed the breakfast buffett they provided as well. A nice variety to choose from including breakfast sandwiches and pancakes. All around great hotel and a great rate! Will stay there again if we are in the area.

We have stayed in this hotel twice, so I feel confident in these observations. And yes, I am quite picky and difficult to please, so take what you will. My guess is that this hotel has installed some type of "green" features to prevent the mini-fridge from getting cold and the A/C from running enough to actually cool down the room. We had the same problems both times, so I don't think it was a room malfunction. Pros: Right off Rt 7, which is a main drag. Modern appeal with nice decor and a very convenient "charging station" built into the TV area. Modern tile shower with glass door, which feels cleaner and reduces noise. Large rooms with sectional sofa. Cons: Heating A/C unit is not big enough to handle the rooms and usually doesn't come on or stay on long. I had ours set to 61 and I'm sure the room never dipped below 73. Questionable staff training? We had difficulty checking in because the hotel had listed my husband's last name as "Jr.". The attendant appeared to search the system, but gave up after one search and told us that we didn't have a reservation. Luckily, I was able to pull up my Expedia reservation on my phone and it was quickly found. Beds are very firm. Mini-fridge does not get cold.

Good condition but little wear and tear beginning to set in by usage.

Perfect 5 stars quality for an affordable price. It was an awesome stay, I enjoyed the breakfast which was very nice especially the fruit salad that all made from fresh fruits, No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anybody passing through that area and for all travelers through Dulles airport.

Nice hotel. Clean and quiet neighborhood. Close to Dulles airport and highways.

What great deal and so nice to be treated so well by the staff. My wife and I arrived early in the morning after a red- eye flight from the West Coast, and the staff at the hotel gave us coffee whilst they quickly found us a room, even though we'd arrived way before a reasonable check in time. All the staff were so nice, smiling, courteous and wanting to help. Rooms are great and spacious, breakfast was very good and included in the price. I don't normally write reviews. ....too busy( lazy) plus if it's good I don't want to find I can't get in next time ! I had to write this time ....these guys were so good.

Grest hotel! Really enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast that had until 10:00 a.m. Good shuttle service for and the local area. I've stayed in several Hyatt Hotels and always had good service.
