“Comfortable Convenient Affordable”

good hotel, especially for the price of the room... friendly staff, nice neighborhood, good room, good service... don't have anything negative to say about it... the stay was perfect!

This hotel was very nice...practically brand new. The room was very comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is very convenient to Dulles. However, it is not near downtown DC and not on the metro line, so you need a rental car if you're planning to see the sites.

Brand new hotel! Stayed at other Hyatt Hotels are they were just as great! Loved the room colors, decor; modern, room layout & amenities.

“Great weekend get-away!”

Stayed for a Saturday night to see the Air & Space Museum and Manassas Battlefield. Great choice! Hotel staff was very friendly - room was great with a "separate living" area. Much better on the back! Continental Breakfast was satisfactory - nothing extravagant but they will cook to order if you want something hot. Will definitely stay again!

“A great experience, a relaxing way to get yourself to Dulles for a flight.”

We had to have our daughter at Dulles airport for a 8:30 flight. Living 90 miles away made that seem like a daunting task. The Washington, DC traffic is terrible. We booked the Hyatt Place for a resonable price, came down the night before, drove at a leisurly pace.When we checked in we were impressed. The lobby was welcoming, as were the employees. We inquired about the shuttle to Dulles in the morning and found out it left the hotel every 30 min beginning at 5:30. The beds were comfy, the breakfast was nice and we relaxed while riding in the hotel van on our way to the airport. Our driver was very nice and he knew that we were only taking our daughter as far as we could at Dulles and then we needed a ride back to the hotel. He told us where to wait and he would look for us. He did exactly that. It was wonderful. It made getting my daughter to the airport on time, and saying goodbye for the next year much, much nicer. Thank you.

Excellent Hotel. New, Clean and Spacious. Staff very accomodating and held on to the room next to us for us to connect our rooms. Many fast-food restaurants nearby. Just make sure you Mapquest the hotel for directions before arriving. Not a bad commute by car, less than 30 min. Pool open all day on weekends. Loved it. Would definitely come back.

I arrived in the morning and they gave immediately an available room instead of waiting untill normal check-in hour. Rooms are very spacious, clean and with all comfort. Employees are very efficient and friendly.

Cleaning staff was exceptionally helpful. Only difficulties were: Hyatt hotel across street = confusing signage. Second: stay was for 2 nights, prepaid for 2 nights. Room key card had to be redone for second night, which was inconvenient. After a long hard day, we could not access our room without going back to the front desk (when all we wanted to do was collapse into the room) to get the cardkey re-magnetized (or some such silly thing).
