Pleasent stayPosted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: Guest Rooms Breakfast Ambience
Cons: Make the front more human
This place is great to stay as the ambience of the overall hotel is great and rooms are exceptional. Breakfast is great and it’s close to Airport and also offers the shuttle service. If you are staying in this Hotel for the visiting the Washington DC just be aware that you need to pay toll at two place of $1 and $2.50 each time you come and go. They do not provide microwave in guest rooms however you can request one free of cost based on availability and we also did the same. They also have cafeteria which is 24*7 open which is a big plus. Just one things which I did not liked that their front desk felt like mechanical and over worked and general smile and warmth was missing saying good morning /evening or smiles don’t cost you a dime.

Plenty of roomPosted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: Clean spacious room and friendly staff
Cons: Pool open longer hours
Location: Location was good for us. Near Dulles but not real close to metro or downtown DC.
We have 4 children (3 of them teenagers) and there was plenty of room for all six of us. Breakfast was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Hyatt PlacePosted Sep 2, 2014
First off the location is hard to find if you are not familiar with the area, aviod the toll road if you can becomes costly quickly. Great tourist close to small strip malls and restaurants, bow tie cinemas is highly recommended for a night out plenty to do in that vicinity. Front desk staff excellent but the breakfast bar shuts down quiet early and selections go fast and are very limited. Housekeeping can be very aggressive early they want you packed and out so they clean that experience was not pleasant. It was addressed at checkout. Overall this location was great and value.

Pleasant hotel stay.Posted Aug 12, 2014
Pleasant and efficient staff during hotel stay. Weekend front desk staff excellent...weekday staff, particularly the male individual though efficient, did not have a friendly demeanor.

Fantastic time!Posted Jul 27, 2014
Location: It's located around several apartment/condo living areas. You have to drive 5-10 minutes for any shopping/eating. But worth it!
My family of 5 stayed here on a recent trip to Washington DC. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The hotel is extremely close to local restaurants and shopping areas and about 15 minutes from the Vienna Metro station. Driving into DC took anywhere from 25-35 minutes. It's located around several other hotels, apartment/condo complexes. The area felt very safe and family friendly. The staff was fantastic! I had read online that customers weren't given the room that they had booked through Expedia, but that was not the case. Not only did we get the room, but we were given a choice of what floor-which my children loved. Our room had 2 queens and a sofa/living area, walking in, the room was impeccable. Clean, clean, with room for 5 people to move around comfortably. The kiddos swam every night with a lifeguard on duty. Breakfast every morning was awesome! The food was fresh and there was something for each one of my picky eaters. If you want a hotel close to DC, this is it!

Wonderful StaffPosted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: The staff, cleanliness
Cons: The breakfast area needs tending to, both in staff to clean the tables and floors and the chairs which were stained with food and drink.
Location: Close to the air and space museum and town centers.
We stayed only two nights and the staff made our stay very comfortable. Our TV was not working quite right and they came up in less than 5 minutes. While the problem could not be resolved quickly they offered us another room and were very apologetic. The breakfast was quite nice with lots of choices, but they seemed a bit short of staff both mornings. Tables were not cleared and the seats had stains everywhere. It was, however, still a great breakfast. The hotel is with in walking distance to Generous George's Pizza and a short drive to a huge town center with lots of options. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay there again.
