The hotel have an excellent location, close to the metro station, reagan national airport, the district of columbia. My congratulations to the restaurant staff, especially those who worked in the morning shift.

This was the first time I've stayed at a Hyatt and it was above my expectations. We got the top floor and a big room. We loved the big room because we had a stroller and we were able to park it in the foyer in the room. The room was clean and comfortable. I'm glad of that because we were staying 8 nights. We just parked our car and took their shuttle to the Metro. We took the Metro the entire time we were there in DC. It was convenient. We were also able to walk to the Metro. It was only a 10 minute walk. The shuttle also picks us up from the Metro. Overall, we were very please with our stay!

“Another satisfied customer”

We picked this hotel because of its great reviews. They weren't lying... This is a great hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate. Not much to do around this location...but just a short ride we had a great dinner at Old Town Alexandria and felt very safe walking around the town. Washington was also just a short ride away with the added convinience that we could retreat to a quiet environement. The airport is near, but we didn't notice any airplane noise. We'll be back some day!

“Luxury close to Washington National”

The Hyatt Regency Crystal City is a high quality hotel located within a few minutes of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (there's a regular shuttle bus between airport and hotel). I had a well-equipped room with a view of the Potomac River (most rooms don't benefit from the view, unfortunately), with all facilities that I would expect from a hotel of this standard. This included a very comfortable king-size bed, which provided several relaxing nights' sleep. Service was efficient and friendly, particularly at check-in. The hotel is about seven blocks from the nearest Metro station, so it's not very convenient for sightseeing in Washington (the hotel shuttle will, however, pick you up and drop you off at the Metro).

Great Place to stay. Very comfortable, clean and courteous employees. Shuttle to Metro or Airport very convenient and reliable. Cons: People staying there were rude with slamming doors and laughter in hallway every night at around 1:30 a.m. Otherwise, enjoyed stay.

I got bored staying in my room, so I went down to the Lobbibar. It was very nice with a big tv and seating arrangments were perfect for a select few, or for a crowd.
