Wonderful location. Metro and shopping on site.Posted Dec 1, 2013
Pros: The motel was clean and offered good restaurant choices. The mall below was delightful.
Cons: We were disappointed that the pool was being repaired, but the staff offered a shuttle to a neighboring Marriot.
Location: The Pentagon City Mall was within walking distance. The metro station was downstairs, making it easy to get to anything we wanted to see or do.
The staff was exceptional. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. One staff member, Troy, went above and beyond to help us with parking, locating sites, luggage, and general information. Every day he was the smiling face in the lobby who greeted us and asked about our plans and wanted to know if we needed assistance with anything. The metro was below the motel along with a shopping mall that had unique little shops. Everything we wanted to see was close and easy to get to. The metro staff was even helpful, explaining what our best cost options were for our four day vacation. A truly great experience!

Quick StayPosted Nov 16, 2013
Pros: The bell staff was very helpful & pleasant.
Cons: Work out room is a bit dull, but one can get plenty of exercise walking the amazing sites of Washington, DC!
Location: If you only have a few hours, hop on Metro, exit at Foggy Bottom, and walk to Georgetown for a meal & strolling the streets.
This was a super easy place for a quick over night stay. Close to National Airport, with easy shuttle service, and extremely convenient to Metro. Crystal City shopping is highly overrated and most shops not open on Sunday. Would definitely stay here again for a plain and simple, yet comfortable visit.

Great stay!Posted Oct 21, 2013
The location was fantastic. The conceierge was unavailable but another hotel staff was immediately available to help us. He gave us a great recommendation for dinner in Arlington. We loved the area! The metro was so convenient. The room was clean and safe. The bed was comfortable. I wouldn't consider it to be anything fancy, but that was not high on our list.

Nice hotel, nice staff but poor parking optionsPosted Oct 14, 2013
Pros: Upon request the charges for overnight parking, we couldn't use since the garage was full, were removed from the receipt without any problems-
Cons: the costs for the parking garage should be included in the room price since there are little parking spots near the hotel on the street.
Location: clean but business district like (many hotels and apartment buildings), not many shops around it seemed and little parking facilities
The hotel was very nice and the staff friendly and polite. The stay for breakfast option was great and the buffet really versatile. The pool area looked nice even if we didn't use it.

Nice Hotel in the Washington D.C. AreaPosted Oct 14, 2013
Pros: Very close to many different dining options, as well as the Metro. Complimentary airport shuttle.
Cons: The plumbing noise from faucets in our bathroom and adjoining rooms (and perhaps from room above?) was quite loud.
Location: Location is great. Many national monuments and museums are just minutes away via Metro. Dining choices in hotel or within 3-4 blocks walk.
We had a great stay in this hotel. Have stayed here 5 or 6 times over the past 20 years, and keep coming back. The lobby staff members were especially helpful and attentive on this trip (5 days, four nights.) The room was clean, updated and well-equiped. We used the complimentary wi-fi available at no cast in the lobby area, but did not use it in the room.

Marriott Crystal City weekend stayPosted Oct 8, 2013
Pros: Walking distance to the Crystal City metro line to DC & Arlington/Regan airport. Includes tunnel access if you dont want fresh air. Friendly staff.
Location: close proximity for a trip to the DC area.
Every staff member I experienced at the Crystal City Marriott was extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean and in a convenient location to DC and Reagan airport. I am not from the DC area but this hotel offers easy access to the yellow and green Metrol lines in to DC. I would definitely consider staying here again because it's so easy to get around to see the points of interest.

Great place to stayPosted Sep 19, 2013
Pros: I really liked that they have a hotel shuttle to/from the airport. So convenient.
We recently stayed 2 nights and were extremely pleased. The bed was very comfortable, the room had nice décor and the bathroom was updated and spotless. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Everyone on the staff we spoke to was helpful and attentive. The windows are nice and large and we had a view of the capital building from our room which was an added bonus. And even though it is really close to the airport the rooms are very quiet. The hotel is even connected to the Crystal City metro. Very nice! Checked everything off my list! Couldn't have asked for any more.
