“Reasonable hotel for the price”

This hotel is pretty good for the price. It's a cheap place to stay with the necessities (bed, microwave, fridge, bathroom, tv) so as long as you aren't expecting the Ritz, you won't be dissapointed, Staff are freindly and helpfull and the rooms are reasonably clean. Some minor maintenance issues like missing handles on dresser drawers and desk and the rooms are not very big. The location is very good and there are many good restrauntsand some stores very close by. Overall, if you are simply looking for a place to sleep and leave your extra clothes, etc. while on a trip, this is the hotel to pick.

“WE'LL BE BACK”

We stayed there to attend the Ricmond Race. We arrived @ 1:30 am to the hotel ( to beat the tropical storm Hannah). The room we were given at that time had no ac coming out of the unit. They very nicely took us to another room and the gentleman stayed with us in the room until the ac blew cold, and apologized for the other room. We were stuck in the room until the storm passed over and were VERY comfortable... We will stay there for the next race we attend.

“Good Place!”

Nice, clean room but we couldn't get WIFI and the AC is not cool enough. Otherwise, it's a nice stay. By the way, there should be fence or sun-powered lights to prevent cars from backing into the lower-level street that runs along side the parking lot of the hotel.

“adequate for a short stay”

The floors were a little saggy, but the shower and sink were clean, the bed clean and comfortable. Discovered a cockroach on my luggage but I'm not sure if it came in with me or was in the room. Since I was only there for a one night stay it was more than adequate.

“Don't judge a book by its cover”

The facade of the building was aweful but when we drove about back it looked like a typical motel with mostly SUVs parked in the lot. The room had no odor of smoke, which sometimes occurs in a nonsmoking room. A small coffee pot with coffee would really help add to the microwave and refigerator...the front office staff was very cordial and helpful

“Not such a great place....”

the internet was down the entire time we were there, and the people at the front desk weren't so friendly, and it was very confusing to be told that our room was "just around back", when no other directions were given.

“OK in a pinch”

Hotel is in need of upgrade. My bathroom floor was "squishy" Staff and cleanliness was good given what they have to work with. OK spot for a low cost overnight in a pinch. Good Pet Policy - no extra charge for one pet.

“Terrible”

Tom Bodet can turn the light off on ths place. While it was the cheapest hotel in the area, it showed. The room was dirty, despite being a non smoking room, smelled like smoke. I wore flip-flops in the room, some of the furnishings were broke, such as the desk drawer hanging from the desk. The wifi continually cut off.

“Horrible smelly and filthy”

I was afraid to touch anything. Sheets and pillows smelled like wet dog fur. Showerhead was filthy and water barely came out. I thought I was going to catch cooties or something worse from staying there. I could kick myself for choosing this place because it was cheaper than another closer motel that I had stayed at for 10.00 more.
