I requested a non-smoking room. The room #137 had a signage on the door indicating no smoking. However, whoever previously occupied the room dismissed the non-smoking signage. The smell was so strong throughout the room. I decided not to stay and left the room at 7:15 PM.
Very clean and surprisingly smelled nice rather than of stale smoke.

Average for a different time. Room was clean, water was hot. Towels thin, no coffee in room, no refrig, no microwave, did I mention no coffee?. Mattresses slide off the bed when reclining. Just a very average place to sleep, that is all.

La habitación estaba sucia con un olor desagradable a ambientador los pasillos con olor a marihuana el baño no cerraba el agua del lavamanos para tres noches nos dieron un solo jabón en la noche hicieron ruido en los pasillos e incluso hubo una discusión y la administración no hizo nada ofrecen supuestamente café y nunca están listos no lo recomiendo para nada nuestra experiencia fue la peor dicen un precio en internet y cobran otro valor cero recomendado

it is always the same problem. I stay for several days and they never clean my room and if I ask to do it they don't do it and they get upset. The attention, customer service and cleaning is terrible if I could give it -1 star

Dirty with Bed bugs and unsafe. Staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. They would not give us any kind of discount after I woke up, covered in hives and found the bugs in the bed. There were fights in the hallway and people constantly trying to get into out room, shaking the handle around Midnight. If you don't like poor sleep, physical pain, and the feeling of being threatened in the middle of the night, don't stay here. I would have rather slept in my car.
