Quick one night stay in advance of an early morning flight we didn't want to miss due to snow. Nice hit breakfast and a free shuttle to the airport!

Location: Close to Dullas and the air and space museum.
This is the fourth time we have stayed here while we visited relatives in nearby Ashburn. Very friendly staff and front desk was very accommodating. Breakfast is not to be missed. Room was clean and nicely arranged.

Pleasant and Comfortable

Pros: Location, cleanliness, friendly staff.
Cons: Living furniture was tattered and in need of replacement.
Location: Wegman's, Target, along with many other stores in same parking lot!
Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Appreciated that the staff allowed us to use the meeting room for a couple hours in the evening. Beware of fumes in lobby from renovation.

These people ruined the last night of my vacation

After a 15 night road trip staying in various hotels from NY to FL and back again without a problem anywhere, I arrived at what I thought would be the best night of the trip.Hotels.com website states pets are allowed and there is no fine print. When I arrived to check in I was told that there was a $150 fee, which would effectively double the cost of my room. When I protested that there was no mention of a fee on Hotels.com I was rather curtly told "We don't maintain that website" by a front desk person who showed not one whit of concern that she was dealing with a person who expected to be a paying guest of the hotel and whom she clearly was making rather unhappy. She showed absolutely no concern at all, indeed almost immediately took on an adversarial stance with me and was not the least bit even sympathetic or apologetic that something this wrong had occurred with this booking. Marriott/Residence Inn accepted a direct online booking from Hotels.com. How is it that this company thinks they can reap the benefits of taking direct online bookings from a third party but when there are problems with that booking, they bear no responsibility to accept the consequences? I have never received such cold, brusque, inflexible treatment from any hotel EVER. It's just unbelievable to me that this hotel would not try to find some way of keeping me from cancelling this stay, which is what I did.

Family stopover

This stay was so my mother could rest between legs of a long trip. We used the two bedroom suite which gave us privacy and a place to have family stop by during our visit. The breakfast was very nice and offered a nice variety.

Very nice hotel next to W & OD Bike

We booked this hotel not knowing how close it was to the Washington & Old Dominion Rail trail. Just a 5 minute ride. We very much enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn, it exceeded our expectations. Great breakfast too!

Great Stay at Marriott Dulles 28

Pros: close to highways, very quite
Cons: I can think of any additional improvements. It seems the staff and managers are doing a fine job.
Location: close to golf, airport, and downtown DC
The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was near the highway so we could easily get around town. The staff was outstanding and friendly. The acknowledged and addressed you my your name when you come in or out of the facility. I would definitely recommend and return.
