“herbert”

Good location, Nice breakfast. Front clerk very helpful. Window vynyl curtain did not completley block the outside light at night. It bothered my sleep a little.

“One of the family”

I have stayed multiple times at this hotel and look forward to my return trips to the DC area because I know I will feel at home at the end of the day. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The recent remodel was very well done and the rooms are up to date. I am amazed at the size of the room as well as the full kitchen! The new "Market" shop carries a nice line of snacks, small meals and beverages. The Manager's evening reception is a wonderful time to destress, talk with other guests and enjoy a meal. But my favorite thing is the Chocolate Chip cookies! This hotel is wonderful!

“Clean, Convenient and Comfortable”

This hotel is in exactly the location that I needed to be in for my business trip. It was clean and well kept. Comfortable bedding and great service. I will be staying here again when business brings me to this area.

“Nice hotel in Tysons Corner”

I like staying at 3+ star hotels that offer a reasonable number of complimentary items and this one offered plenty - breakfast buffet, dinner snacks, shuttle within 3 miles of the hotel, which was perfect for getting to my office (although if you were on a tight schedule, you might get stressed because the shuttle wasn't always timely due to traffic conditions). The suites are nice but not particularly new or modern.

“Good deal for Tyson's area”

We were looking for a hotel room, didn't have to be anything fancy but we wanted a good room just the same. It was only for one night and we didn't plan on being in the room that much. I liked the room in that we had a sitting area and kitchen. The only thing I didn't care for was the bathroom area. It was very small.

“Decent...but I expected more.”

The "so-called" queen-size beds were the size of double beds, so I requested to be moved to a room with a king-size bed. The hotel accommodated my request. Some of the common areas need improvement, specifically the tile floors in the elevators. In general, the hotel's common areas seemed dated and in need of renovation/updating. The free breakfast was nice and had a large selection.

“Pleasantly surprised at the offerings”

The daily breakfast was hearty with many choices. Weeknights offered special free evening meals like BBQ night, Italian night, etc. Wine and beer were included. Our lovely studio apartment had everything necessary if one wanted to make a meal there. We noticed many families staying there as it was very reasonable for them as well as attractive and clean.

“Overview”

Impressed with friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Nice breakfast buffet and availability of internet and newspapers was much appreciated. A nice stay. Heating system was a bit noisy on one of the two nights in residence.
