Unfortunately after a long day of travel I waited for 15 minutes at the front desk before someone finally showed up to check me in. He then had a horrible attitude and did not even apologize for the wait. The room is nice but the customer service leaves much to be desired.

Bed was soft and sagged in the middle. No where to recycle.
Redone shower was excellent. Close to Wolftrap National Park. We will book this hotel again.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights on our way to DC. We liked the proximity to Great Falls Park. However, you need a car to get around, because the hotel is surrounded by main roads. The receptionists were friendly, and the hotel room was clean.

They missed my wakeup call - I was running late and asked for a hard copy of my bill. Front desk guy got nasty with me, said "I don't need to bow down to you people" at 6AM, with no one else in the lobby, and he was just sitting there. I think he was being raciest - but the manager said I would be getting 35,000 points as a way of apologizing - so overall, I think there is just one bad egg in the bunch.

A good stay
The room is big enough for 2 people. The furnis new and bed is comfortable. Cleaness is so so. Breakfats is no good. Parking is not free, which is not reasonable. It is a suburb area.
Easy to locate, easy and quickly to check in and get to room. No delays or hasles. Parking was convenient.

The air conditioning system was very very noisy. Even after I turned mine off, I could hear a rumbling noise from the unit near me. It was difficult to sleep the second night I was there because the noise was so loud. Also at 11:45 PM, a car with a very noisy muffler pulled into the parking lot outside my window and was idling the engine for at least 20 minutes. I called the front desk and asked that the security guard go and ask the person to turn off their engine. The woman at the front desk said there was no security guard. I was amazed that a hotel that size did not have a security guard at night.

I had an issue checking because I booked thru hotels.com and not the hotel directly. The front desk lady was great and very patiently called hotels.com to resolve everything.
I stayed here because it was close to Great Falls and Chesapeak Ohio Canal National Parks - about 20min drive. Great location, many restaurants nearby. Room is nice-I liked having a full size fridge & freezer. Bed wasnt great- could hear the springs. They had good breakfast in morning - eggs, sausage, waffles, breads, yogurt, coffee. No ice machines on floors, but I went to the kitchen and the workers filled my cooler each day.

The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean. Pool is very small only meant for kids. They charge parking fee for your stay. Which I thought was unnecessary as parking was at the property.
